Marineland Bamboo for Aquariums & Terrariums is a low-maintenance alternative to caring for live plants in your tank. The soft plastic bamboo strand is three feet long and adds to the visual appeal of any aquatic environment. It can also help reduce fish stress by giving them a place to hide. You can anchor the bamboo to the bottom by burying it in the gravel, or remove the base if you prefer to let it float freely along the top. Using realistic plants in your aquascape creates a more natural setting for your aquarium or terrarium.

My tank is about 2 ft tall and 4 ft long, and I’ve bought plenty of different decorations to try to help fill the space and provide good hiding places. However, most decorations only fill the bottom half, making the bottom potentially look cluttered and the top empty. Because of its height and fluidity, this artificial plant is a great way to help better distribute hiding spaces and create a good visual balance in my tank.

This was so long so I took some branches off and put in my adult tank and in my fry tank. My platys love swimming through it. Wish I knew how many fry platys could have, I have around 100.
Great for my 40g RES Tank

Foolishly tried some live plants in my RES tank, it was decimated in less than a month. Money wasted and lesson learned I guess. :) Bought this to bring some greenery and texture to my red eared slider tank, and he seems to like it! It use to only sleep on the ramp up to his basking area but now will sleep in this foliage instead. I love that this is so big and takes up so much room for a reasonable price! Highly recommend.
Exactly as described

I don’t like fake plants at all but was forced to use them recently on a new tank. They look remarkably good for plastic and they are large so come up side of 55 gallon and across some of the top.

I purchased this hoping it would add a pop of vibrancy to my tank. It looks great! It’s bigger than I thought it would be and looks nice. My tetras love it and it makes the tank look more alive. I have a 40 gallon breeder tank with one gold oranda, a blue lobster and some red eye tetras my tank looks so much more colorful now I recommend this product

Everything in my tropical community aquarium has either been sitting on, hiding in or climbing on this bamboo. Easily the best purchase Ive made.
Big and pretty

This is a very pretty plant for a fake plant. I use it in my 55 gallon and it looks real. It blends in great with my real plants.
Nice and long so fish can hide

I like to buy something new for my tank every few months to keep my fish from getting bored. I picked this because it's long with lots of leaves so they can use it to hide or swim around.
YES! Looks great

..in the tank! And the babies have a place to hide also.
Am a Mollie only lover.. and being live-bearers they have babies quite often. One package is buried so it looks like it grows out the gravel.. to protect the babies when the mother hides in it to have them. Another pkg. was removed from base and allowed to float for the babies to hide in! This is in the middle of a 55 gallon ( 4 foot long ) and divides it perfectly.

I bought this plant for its size. My fish swim in and out and it makes a great hiding place. I wish I would have bought two.
