    Terrible for ferrets

By Kelly on Aug 22, 2020

Ferrets have sensitive skin, This strips them of their oils which makes them stink more because there oil reproduction goes into overdrive. I recommend Oatmeals bath, a quick search in google will give you the best instructions.

Ferrets hated the tea tree "minty" feeling

By Hannah on Apr 4, 2020

I found my little ones hated baths BECAUSE of this shampoo. Otherwise they loved them. The tingly feeling from the tea tree can be cooling and they'd shiver for 20 minutes after use.

    Wouldn’t recommend

By Evelyn on Mar 24, 2020

Though this shampoo does work well and leave my ferrets soft and fluffy, I wouldn’t recommend it. It left their skin dry and itchy and I had to stop using it.

it is good. not something I would use often though

By AnimeFreak on Oct 11, 2019

It is good if you don't take your ferret a bath too often. The smell does not actually smell like tea tree but more like a toothpaste like scent. It is weird but I guess it does what it does.

    Great Potential

    By Pick2treats on Aug 8, 2019

Finally just used this on my two boys. Smells great! They both seemed to do well with this shampoo! Just after almost a week they are back to itching, I’m hoping with more baths in the future it will help them over time. The cap also leaks, it was oozing out the edges of the lid while using it.

    Another bad item

By Amber on May 18, 2019

Not healthy for ferrets. Ferrets should not be given baths regularly. Instead of using shampoo like this, you should be putting oats in a sock or nylon in the bathtub and let the water get milky looking. This helps with dry skin and is the only type of bath they should be given. If smell is an issue, change their diet to something healthier.

    Smells Great!

By Kasmira on Jan 5, 2019

I have four ferrets and we all know they get to be a little musky. I use these on all four of my babies and they haven't had any reactions to it they are super fluffy and smell amazing! I was a little worried because the soap itself was very strong but using it on the ferrets and it mixing with their Musk definitely tones it down. You can still smell it though which is very nice.

    HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

By Moses on Jul 6, 2018

Our fur tolerates his baths, he doesn't like it since he doesn't smell like a ferret after his bath. I absolutely love this shampoo. It is the best one I have found for Ferrets. He doesnt have the itches like he usually does not matter what ferret shampoo I use. Also, the smell of it is so nice. He really doesnt smell like a ferret after his baths HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS

    Shampoo Review

By Mildred on Jan 18, 2018

It does what it says it's supposed to do. Both of my ferrets stopped scratching and their fur stayed cleaner longer. It kept their coats very soft too!!
