Finally found the right size!
By Juicy on May 5, 2020
My dogs are 12 and 8 lbs. According to the guideline on their food, the serving is 1/2 cup a day. I give them 1/4 cup in the morning and the same in the evening with two treats during the day. Okay sometimes I give them more LOL The food covers the bottom of the bowl so it looks like they're getting more. The shallow bowl is so much better for my Shih Tzu due to his short snout. He no longer slides the bowl across the floor and has no difficulty eating. I'm very happy with my purchase.

bowl slips
By Iddy on Jun 22, 2020
Although this bowl has a "non slip" thread on the bottom it is si light that it dies slip. Caussing the poor cat to "walk" across the room. I think this would be ok for liquid

misleading size
By dvdnj on Feb 2, 2020
I bought this bowl for my new puppy because he started to think food bowls (with food in them) would be fun to play with. After several spills I decided to get him this no spill bowl. In that regard it is a great bowl and I would definitely recommend it - in a few days he stopped playing with his food bowl. It is also quality made and the no-slide base is great. However, I feed him 2 cups of dry food for each meal so I bought the 4 cup size - assuming it would be large enough, with plenty of space left over. It was not. Even two cups of dry dog food was too much for this bowl - and it would never allow for stirring, etc. So I only used it long enough to break the 'playing with the bowl' habit I bought this bowl for my new puppy because he started to think food bowls (with food in them) would be fun to play with. Worst bowl ever!
By NONO on Feb 6, 2020
First of all, it came with a sticker/label adhered to the surface of the bowl, which was virtually impossible to remove. You would think they would apply it to the outer part, underside and not in the part where my baby would be eating. After a lot of scrubbing I finally got the label off but there is some adhesive left behind that will not come off. The rubber ring at the base will not stay in place either. As for functality, it's not practical. The depth is very shallow and my cat pushes all her food out of it and with the rubber ring not staying in place, the bowl is pushed all over. I don not recommend this at all!

The rubber base came off and it is difficult to put back on. We used these bowl once.

Flips easily, don’t bother
By KyleW on Mar 19, 2020
Gave two stars because it works as a dog bowl but I bought because I wanted to deter flipping. My 20 lb cockapoo flips it and destructs it with no problem. Even brings it with all the water into his bed. :(. See pic.

To small of a dish
By daniellemay404 on Mar 25, 2020
I loved that it did not skid across the floor, very nice easy to clean metal. However the dish is very small!!! Perfect for a kitten or a puppy/small dog but not so good for my two 8-11lb cats!

size description is wrong
By ash0645 on Feb 29, 2020
I bought the 1 cup size to have plenty of space for 1/2 cup of food. Unfortunately, a 1/2 cup of food fills the bowl to the top, so food spills out when my pet eats from it.

Doesn't move!
By Gypsy on Dec 19, 2019
The youngest of my Cats, Munchkins was born into a horrible home. He has a fear that he is going to go hungry. So he tries to bury his food bowl so he has it for later. With 4 cats we leave dry food out 24/7. By trying to bury his food bowl he dumps the food out on the floor. This bowl stands up to him, he can't bury it or cover it up, or dump it on the floor.
