7 Customer Questions

Do the stairs come with the pieces to attach them to the tub or do you have to purchase them separately?
Answer by Chewy • Jul 30, 2020
These stairs do not include the extension hooks and are available for purchase separately to attach the stairs more securely to the edge of the pet grooming tub. The extension hooks for this product are listed on Chewy's website as "Master Equipment Steel Pet Tub Stairs Extension Hook, 2 count".

Is the dimension given on the website (62 x 19.5 x 4 inches) for when they are folded?
Answer by Chewy • Jan 12, 2022
The stairs fold flat in one easy step to 59½"L x 18"W x 4"D for easy transport or storage. During use, these stairs measure 15 1/2 x 18 1/2 x 61 1/2 inches from the front of the step to the back. The measurements are listed as Length x Width x Height. The First Step measures 9 1/4 inches above the ground, the Second Step measures 20 1/4 inches above the ground, and the Third Step measures 30 1/2 inches above the ground.

Can these steps be used to access a 24 in table?
Answer by Chewy • Feb 18, 2021
These stairs can be used to access a range of heights, depending on the surface and your individual pet. The first step is 9¼ inches above ground the second step is 20¼ inches above ground and the third is 30½ inches above ground.

Could this possibly attach to above ground pool?
Answer by Chewy • Jul 16, 2020
These stairs are not designed to be used with above ground pools.

Works for Grooming table

At first my fur baby was afraid of these steps and refused to go up them. Then one day when I wasn't looking he did. He is getting a bit too heavy for me to lift, so these save my back. Unfortunately he now has a cone on (from being neutered), so the steps are too difficulat for him to use.

Too bad on to another

I bought this for my grooming table to get my large breed 80 pound dog up on it. He was afraid of the open spaces in between the steps despite the treats given to encourage him. I kept it out of the way of getting rain or any other water on it and yet the underside completely rusted! I thought stainless steel does not rust. In any event I am not happy as it was expensive. I ended up buying a 2 part rectangular step up item.

Made the impossible Possible!

The day it arrived I had a new customer bring what she described as an "Overweight, Border collie" I expected maybe 70 lbs but got 120 lbs! I would have never gotten her in the tub... but I quickly unpacked the box that had just arrived and managed to get her to walk right up in to the tub! I had to use it to get her out too and it worked PERFECT!
