Looks amazing. Upper level is unstable
This looks amazing in my living room and was easy to assemble. (Tip: watch the YouTube video and match up all hardware and parts before assembling). The trunks have cracks which is to be expected on a real tree. Most are surface cracks but the taller trunk has cracks at the base I think cause extra sway. My 10.5lb cat feels insecure and won't use it. I reached out to Mau with video and they disagree. They're sending an alternative screw/washer that hopefully creates a more secure base. My cat LOVES the lower basket, cave, and scratching features. Since customer service has been fast, I'm giving this 4 stars. I'll raise it to 5 if I can stabilize the taller trunk. I may lower to 3 if it's not fixed. I invested far to much money for this product if there's a key component my cat won't use.
Solid and esthetically pleasing
We have two cats, one 15 pounder, and a Maine coon kitten who is growing like a weed. When looking for a cat tree, I knew I needed something that could handle two big cats, but I also didn't want something that was an eyesore in our home. This absolutely fit the bill. It was well packaged, easy to assemble on my own, and the quality did not disappoint. I was pleased to discover that the wood posts are SOLID WOOD...like you can see the rings of the tree when you look at the ends. I have had the tree for a couple weeks now, and am hopeful that it holds up well. So far so good- and the cats really like it!
Too beautiful to be a cat tree
This is one gorgeous and unique cat tree. The quality and craftsmanship are amazing. The covers are super soft and can be washed or replaced, the baskets are well made and sturdy and they also can be replaced if get worn out. The tree branches are carved from real pear trees and have a smooth and detailed finish. If you asked me was it easy to put together... I would say a little rough initially with the instructions that came with it. If you dont look at those but the product video I found on google it will be super easy to assemble. Something to realize, this is Not a scratching post so if that's what you need there are better options out there. This is more of a cat lounger or a furniture piece for your home. One of my cats is 17 yrs old and 17 pounds and she uses this. I have been through multiple cat scratchers that get worn out quickly and overtime have to be discarded. I have no doubt this is something I will hold onto forever.
Kittens like is but it has some flaws
Pro: 1. High-quality material ( real wood, natural rope, no chemical smell). 2. Kittens like it right away when I open the package. 3. A very chic homedecoration rather than a cat tree. Con: 1. Some cracks on a branch :-(. 2. The top basket is hard to reach without stepping on the low basket. One of my kittens was looking for a way to jump down for several mins since the lower basket was occupied by another kitten. As a solution, I have to put a chair next to the higher basket.
Beautiful but not sturdy
Bought this as an alternative to our big (but ugly) cat tower. We have two small/medium cats, barely 8 lbs and 9lbs respectively and this is so wobbly, even tightened to the max, that they are afraid to jump into the baskets. So disappointed in this one, especially for the price. It is very nice looking and aesthetically pleasing, but unfortunately not very functional.

Easy to assemble. Looks amazing. My 2 cats love this beautiful cats tree They climb on it and stay in the nest right after the tree is ready. Now they sleep in it almost all the time.
Branching Out: Cat Trees for the 21st Century
It's cute...and a refreshing change from the standard models. Despite the rather incoherent assembly instructions, I had it together in about an hour. (It's probably a 10-minute job.) The videos don't help either. It's really not that hard to create instructions. Please let me know where to send my resume. :-)
Cats in a Nest
My cats both love all the features of this tree! They sleep in both beds, love the scratching post part, and play with the jingle bell balls in the middle of the night :’)
Cats love it but quality isn’t great for price
The cats love the baskets. I had to remove the beds because they didn’t like that but they love sleeping in the baskets. The quality is “ok” I have huge sturdy towers that cost the same so I feel like these should be about $100. I don’t suspect they will last as long as others we own but at least the cats are using them.
Most amazing cat tree
It is gorgeous and my cats love it. The baskets are big and comfortable. Do not hesitate to get this. Will be looking to order more from Mau.
