Made 4 of 4 Alpacas Sick
All four of our alpacas threw-up as soon as they ate this food! Then we looked at the date on the bag. Also noticed that it was molded!! Not a great first impression for a reliable feed source.
Excellent camelid feed
Our Alpacas recently started dropping weight after a relocation - Mazuri had them putting healthy weight back on in 30 days, and they are looking and acting healthier than ever!
Mazuri is our new favorite feed!
First off I just want to say how fast this product shipped! I ordered it on a Thursday evening, it arrived Saturday morning! Circling back to the feed itself, it seems like a great supplemental feed to add to your llama/alpaca’s diet. I like that it’s a lower feed rate compared to other feeds. They go by “cups” instead of lbs of feed. I have a Llama and a Lapaca (llama/alpaca x) and they seem to really enjoy it! They even eat it soaked—the other feed they wouldn’t touch when I soaked it. I feed this along with 24/7 access to quality hay and free choice minerals.
Product is great
Love the product. I usually buy in bulk then discovered chewy sold it so now on a monthly subscription. I did have 1 of my 3 bags moldy which sucked so it makes me question whether to continue purchasing from chewy. Next shipment will be a test.

Alpaca Crack!
Our Alpacas went crazy over this stuff! We have fed them typical cattle sweet feed with supplemental minerals in the past and they would eat it ok....but the Mazuri Alpaca food was another level! Glad I found this feed to provide the vitamins and minerals specific to their diet.
