Does the freeze dried lamb treat and/or food contain bone? If so what is the percentage?

Meat Mates diets do not include any added bone; however it is important to note they source meat ingredients directly from the carcass of the animal. This is because this meat is dense in calcium and phosphorus given its close proximity to the carcass and this allows them to meet AAFCO guidelines naturally with less need to supplement. Rest assured the physical bones of the carcass are separated from the meat during their extraction process and discarded, however some bone residue is included in the meat ingredient as a result of the part of the animal they source from. For further peace of mind, all their meat ingredients are ground through a 5mm plate before being added to the rest of the recipe.
