Are the confetti slip leads reflective?

Confetti Colors do not have reflective yarn in them.
Some Mendota leashes use single braid rope (my preference), and some use double braid which is less durable, more slippery when wet, slightly narrower, and easily kinks. Which colors are single braid?

Their Confetti Rope leads are made with Multi-Filament Polypropylene as with the rest of their leads. The Confetti series has a braided core and then a fine tightly braided shell/cover over the braided core. This is for a smooth comfort to the hands.
Does this leash go around the dog’s snout to prevent from pulling?

This slip leash is not intended to go around the snout but around the neck.
Does the collar get tight if they pull or does it slip off easy? I have an older border collie mix and trying to decide if this would be better for her or a retractable one.

ripped dog food bags

for the last three deliveries, the dog food bags that are packed in the same box as the dog food cans have been ripped. they seem to rub against the cans in transit and the bags rip open.

Cute and durable

60 lbs pitbull and her color is purple—the purple confetti looks so good with all her other gear/clothes and it’s exactly as pictured. It’s a bit rigid at first but with over a month of use, it’s becoming softer. Seems well made and the leather piece that keeps the slip knot in place stays put. Love it!

It’s absolutely Amazing!

It’s perfect for when your dog is learning to walk on a leash. A leash like this was recommended by a trainer and it’s amazing! She’s walking better than ever. It stands up to her chewing amazingly

Rope Dog Leash

These leashes arrived quickly, are nice blue color, and seem to be reflective (white specs in the confetti color choice). We began using them right away and they are working well. Easy on & easy off. They seem to be well-made.

Dog trainer approved!

As a dog trainer I have used a variety of leashes. The Mendota Slip Rope Leash is my go to lead. It is a high quality lead and is made from high quality materials. It is simple to put on and take off and it is great tool for teaching your dog how to properly walk on leash. I highly recommend this leash.

Great for bigger dogs

I bought this for training to heel for our Shih Tzu. However it is too heavy for her small neck and frame. I need a 1/4 inch and I can’t find one on line or in stores. It is strong and well made if you have a larger dog.

Best leash!

I've used this leash for years with my French Bulldog and it's now the perfect slip leash. They improved it by making sure the slip around the neck doesn't loosen so much that it can easily come off your dog. It now has a leather notch that stops that problem, which is great. My Frenchie is easy to walk, and I think because we used this on her as a puppy with just enough tug to it to get her attention to correct, nothing extreme or harsh around her neck. These will last you for years to come...well made and colorful designs. Thanks Chewy!

Leash for travel

I take my dogs with me when I travel and needed a leash that would be very secure at rest stops. This leash is perfect - no way for them to slip out of it. I would not use this type of leash on long walks but for short periods, it is perfect and secure.
