Small but mighty
My cats are a little obsessed with these things, they chew and throw them around constantly! They are much smaller than anticipated, about 4-5 inches in length and smaller around than a straw, but I have 4 cats and one stick has lasted 2 weeks.
love it so much!
I have the pickiest cat but I noticed her chewing on the pumpkin stems from Halloween and thought I’d try these. Well I didn’t do anything, didn’t rub them together to open them as some reviews suggest. I just gave it to her and she flipped. She’s been chewing it and going back to it over and over which she rarely does. I’ll always keep these in the house. These are a winner
Were a hit
Both of my cats thought these were great fun. They chew on them a little, but mostly bat them around. They were smaller/thinner than expected, would leave them with the sticks unattended.
Stick? Mine!!!
My rescue cat does not respond to catnip. Thank God for these sticks. They are completely edible but she doesn't eat them. She chews on them, loves them and kicks with excitement. I love the fact she gets natural products from the outdoors and upon researching these, cats have been eating/chewing on them since the existence of them. Thank you for this special treat for my Luna.
King Sized?
I like to use silvervine to redirect my cat's chewing habit away from wires and furniture. These work fine for that, except some of the sticks are thin enough to get chewed through and splinter within a day. I was hoping they'd be more robust, like other sticks that I've bought.
Not catnip
My kitty isn't genetically programmed for the nip. Really glad there's silvervine. These are excellent quality. I thought they'd be big because it says jumbo. Same size as the feed store has. But, that's just fine,does the trick!
Fantastic Product!
I've been reading through the negative reviews on this product and I'd love to advise some potential prospectors. You can't just lay the stick down and assume they'll know what to do with it. You need to rub 2 together to get the "juices flowing" from within. This is a grown, natural product. Like any wood or twig or plant, they have a sort of "bark", albeit thin, on the outside. I read someone's review that there is styrofoam on the inside and that is absolutely NOT true. My cats have eaten and chewed through so many of these to count. Maybe someone bought a different stick from a non-reputable source, but Meowijuana does not use styrofoam on the inside of theirs. The sticks are a lighter colour on the inside but it's definitely safe and consumable by cats. All of this said, I think these are a fantastic product. I've already gone through maybe 20 packs, not sticks, but PACKS of these.
Good if you know how...
The key point is to shave the skin out. Then the cats love it!! I have a cat having no interest in normal Catnip but is still obsessed with this stick!
Not worth the money
I got this for my two indoor cats thinking they would like it since it’s supposed to give them a similar experience like catnip. Wrong these are very small only four inches long and very thin. I figured that I would get this since it’s less messier than catnip. They both sniffed them and walked away pretty much saying to me why are you giving us sticks?
One cat is obsessed
My male (Sven) is very much obsessed with these sticks. My female (Omen) played with ur for a bit but gave up. Sven tore it to shreds within minutes.
