Great Quality Food
Great ingredients! Very impressed with the nutritional benefits. Dogs like it quite well. They went up to the bag very curious about it. I mixed a small amount in with their usual dry food. They ate it right up. I love that it is grain-free and extra meaty. The kibble is on the small side which makes it easier for them to eat. The only issue I have with it is the scent is a bit strong. It definitely has a distinct smell. It's not necessarily unpleasant, however, it is stronger than I expected. Overall a great high quality food. I do recommend it.
My dog is OBSESSED
I received a 4lb bag for free in exchange for my honest review. I was initially just taking a photo of the bag with my dog, but she smelled it and freaked out! I fed her twice a day for 11 days with the 4lb bag. I could barely fill her dish before she started eating. I didn't notice any changes in her skin or coat. Her poop became a little softer, but stayed solid. I am pretty sure she will be upset once she realizes she is back to her regular food.
She really likes it but
she likes most food. There was a slight preference to the Merrick (in my left hand) to her regular puppy food. I mixed this in with her regular food to avoid any stomach upset. From a human perspective, the Merrick definitely smelled more like “real” food. The only downer is the price tag. I would love to feed this to my pup every day but it is rather pricey. I received this product for free for an honest review.
Not for us...
We received this product for free for testing & oour honest review. Unfortunately, my dog ended up being allergic to something in this product. While she enjoyed her first couple of bowls afterwards she was miserable & itchy! We gave it a trial run & while we are not a fan of grain free she enjoyed the flavor by the way she gobbled it down. Not for us but definitely good quality dog food for others out there!
He loved it!
Oso didn’t not hesitate to jump at his bowl! You can tell by his smile too! I can tell its also good because of the Ingredients and he also had no issues with his bowel movements like sometimes it changes when I switch up his food , wooooo oh boy does it smell lol
High quality, bad for mommy’s pocket
I got this product for free for testing purpose. Merrick Grain-Free Real Bison, Beef + Sweet potato recipe is a high quality dry dog food. My dog (30 pound, young) enjoyed eating it first than her regular food, and did not show any intestinal problem with the transition. However, I just check the price for it on chewy website and we are sticking to our regular. Her regular is also a grain-free dry food, but there are other more affordable high quality dry dog food.
Great Choice!
My dog really seems to like Merrick Grain-Free Real Bison, Beef + Sweet potato. When it first arrived, he ran over to check out the bag. After putting the bag away, he continued to sniff it out. He was eager to try it and likes the smell. He also eats it without out hesitation. I like that it's grain free, and has real protein.
Great Food!
My Dog absolute loves this dog food! The kibble is perfect in size and has the perfect crunch. I love that it is Grain Free and contains all good for your dog ingredients. Overall this dog food is great! My dog has a shinier coat and his stools are all consistent. I highly recommend this!
HE LOVES IT!
I received this product complementary in exchange for an honest review. My dog loves this food! He’s not usually into kibble, however, he loves it! As you can see, he’s licking his lips lol! great ingredients and I don’t need to worry about the lack of nutrition. This stuff is great! The only con, is that it makes him gassy. Maybe it’s the amount of fiber. Not really worried about the gas, because French bulldogs tend to be gassy IYKYK
