Great food
My 15 year old cocker spaniel lately has been very picky and is was not eating. Merrick St Louis BBQ changed that she is eager to finish every bite.
All 4 of my fur kids love it!
It is full of great juice so is perfect to add to their dry kibble. Pork is a nice change for my 2 that are sensitive to chicken.
Best BBQ Pork dog treat ever
My 2 dogs enjoyed the food and were very eager to have more I would highly recommend it to others. The only thing I noticed in the description on the can was it said Shredded Pork , but the pork was cut in pieces in stead. I would hve liked it if it had been shredded as advertised Like North Carolina BBQ is done..
Excellent quality
This looks like home cooked. The chunks of meat and vegetables are easy to see in the gravy. Most important, my dog, who is a very picky eater, eagerly eats this food.
Actually smells good
I received this product for free for testing purposes. This is the first pet food that I wasn't offended by the smell. It actually smells like FOOD! It looks great. I love seeing the chunks of vegetables. Luna devoured it and wanted more. The ingredients are great. I just wish it wasn't so expensive, but you get what you pay for and quality isn't cheap.
Top notch topper
I received (1) can of Merrick’s canned dog food in St.Louis BBQ flavor. I’ve used Merrick’s brand dry dog food before for my mini goldendoodle , so I was excited to try this sample on him for my honest review. This is how I served up his dinner. I opened the can and used the gravy covered meaty spoonfuls to top his dry dog food. I was able to use this cam as a topper for 3 meals. He gobbled it right up! Loved it!! He kept licking his lips!
Wonderfully good
I received this product for free tin exchange for an honest review.Once I opened the can my two dogs came running to investigate. I could barely put this food in their bowls before they devoured it all up in secs, and I mean seconds. My dogs really enjoyed this healthy meal and I enjoyed watching them finish up their portions and look me in the eye begging for more. Quality ingredients from a quality brand. We can't wait to purchase this again, I highly recommend for your dogs.
Smells like BBQ
I received a free can for testing and review purposes, and it couldn’t have come at a better time. My little dog had his teeth cleaned a week ago, and he had to have some removed. He usually eats Cesar’s trays I’m the morning and dry, Hill’s Science Diet at night. But he has been on soft food only. When I opened the can, I could see small, soft, rectangles of meat, some vegetables like green beans, and a nice gravy. It smelled faintly of BBQ sauce. I took a fork and broke up the meat since my dog is still healing. He loved it! He lapped up the gravy and ate a little over 1/2 the can. I will purchase more of these in future since he liked it so much, and the ingredients were more like real food items.
Gone in 60 Seconds
My pup Elvis devoured this dog food. I received a can of the Merrick St. Louis Style BBQ with shredded pork to test for free. I knew he would love it upon opening the can. It is full of rich gravy and chunks of meat and veggies. It coated E’s dry dog food and there was gravy to spare. It was gone in less than 60 seconds!
Picky eaters will live!
I have an incredibly picky eater who will turn his head away from the majority of food. However, when our dog finished an entire can of this food we knew we had found a winner! I have never seen anything get eaten so fast! As a dog mom, I also feel happy knowing that my dog is getting a nutritious healthy meal that he really loves. I will absolutely continue to buy and recommend this to everyone with a dog!
