Good, but improved with some simple things
I can see where others had trouble putting it together, but I didn't have that issue. If you can hold the three sides together in the air for a short bit, it's not terrible. The holes for the door hinges are hit-and-miss, they can be 1/8" off from each other, which doesn't seem like much but definitely looks off. Also, the lack of a lip allows litter to fall through under the doors and it doesn't really hold the smell of bad messes. Another comment mentioned caulking the gaps - this is a game changer. I did that, and then also got a furring strip, 18" drawer slides, and some plywood, and made a sliding platform to pull out the litter box without issue. This was another game changer. I did have an issue with the MDF when screwing in the furring, but considering that it's not an expected use case, not a terribly big deal. I ended up pulling out the divider (which may have been able to replace the plywood, but eh) to fit a litter container and a litter genie. All in all, a pretty good piece of furniture that hides the litter box. Improvements can, and should, be made. I don't trust its longevity, but I'm not expecting to pass it down to my kids, haha.
MDF GARBAGE
Putting this thing together Wasn't difficult however the MDF board and paint chips when you are putting this Connectors in if you don't put them in exactly perfect. I hate all MDF board manufactured wood of any kind is garbage. On top of that this has a front opening Which makes it difficult to clean it.
Working great so far
This is not the easiest to assemble and definitely requires two people to get everything aligned. That being said, it’s controlling the spread of litter on the floor and our cats started using it right away.

Oh it's so nice, and the cats took to it immediately as well. The only problem is that the door magnets do not work (one does pretty well but the other doesn't at all and my one cat jumps out the front door instead of using the entrance so I hear the door close when she's done. Very easy to put together as well, I did it myself. I lined it with waterproof contact paper so it took much longer.
Good enough to buy twice
I purchased one of these I think a year ago and just bought a second since I have two cats. They were super easy to put together. Instructions were great. I love the fact that I can put stuff on top of them. You will need to crouch down to open and clean the liter box, but I prefer that to the top opening boxes just because of the counter space that I would lose. The wood feels pretty solid and the hardware is good quality.
