Where can you purchase the pump guard?

Does the pump come eith the mesh guard of the original?

3 cats, 1 lazy mom

I have the big fountain and the pump that came with it only just quit now. Bought it March 2021. I’ve never opened it to clean it out, no tiny screwdriver available. And sometimes, I know I’m awful, I’ll just add more water when it’s low rather then lugging it to my sink to wash. That’s some serious power considering the little blue pump that came with the plastic fountain I first got went out almost 3 weeks in. The brand website suggests opening and soaking parts and such. They also offer replacement pumps for 2 years. I’m not sure if this will apply to Chewy purchases. I’ll report back after cleaning, and contacting Miaustore about a replacement if step 1 doesn’t revive it.

Absolute Garbage

This fountain is sloppily 3-d printed, and broke the day I got it. Now I have to cobble together a new pump for this Miaustore fountain. The fountain is pretty ceramic but the pump is junk.

Miaustore fountain

I have 4 cats this fountain is great for a multiple cat house old, but the pump does not last long. Within 7 days of the pump being in the fountain it stopped working and I'd to go to the second pump. Thank fully I bought 2. Hoping the second pump does better.

Where’s the tubing?

Should have read the other review. I needed the tubing more than the pump itself. Super disappointed in the misleading images.

Item Received Not As Pictured

I ordered this replacement pump for my pet's Miaustore water fountain. Unfortunately, only the pump itself & usb cable were included without the pictured tubing. And, apparently, there is no way to separately order the tubing. There is no mention in the item description stating that the tubing & attachment base isn't included. I'm grateful I saved the old pump, but this item seemingly does NOT include the clear tubing & attachment base seen in the picture.
