Great product

Great product but my problem is with the fact that the top is not sealed well and spills in shipping and leaks and spills out all over the carton and other items. It usually is not wrapped tightly despite customer service asking that their warehouse do this and it rolls around and I find that the white capped bottles' aluminum seals do not stay put as well as the red capped ones. I often have to call customer service to resend and many times the same issue happens. If the re-sends leak again I will not purchase anymore sadly as it is a great product. This seems to be a manufacturer's problem.

AMAZING its was Cyrstal Clear Immediately !!!

I went from having to empty the whole tank and refilling it every 3-4 days and it would be gross by then. I cleaned out the tank not cleaning it completely, then add this Aquatic Turtle Bacterial Water Balancer Solution and it was clear and stays that way I add a gallon of water every other day and it stays CLEAN The Turtles are loving it
