    Great Product(s)

    By on

I bought the XL and the L size for my two dogs (an Olde English Sheepdog and a Wheaten Terrier respectively) for a two week car trip. These Crates performed spectacularly. They are heavy - probably about 5 - 10 lbs a piece, but they set up and tear down in seconds. In torn down state, they lay flat and are sturdy enough to stack luggage on. In set up state - the dogs had tons of space. Manufacturer recommends that dog collars be removed as there is exposed metal frame that dogs can get tangled up with. We got to the point that when we brought the dogs into the hotel room - instead of taking off their leashes we just removed their collars with the leashes still attached. After a few times - the dogs just went into the crates on their own. Unlike other collapsible crates we've bought that ripped or broke after the first few uses - these are still like brand new and ready for more action. Yes, they're a little pricey - but in the long run will end up cheaper than the cost of buying and replacing the less expensive models. … more

    Bad quality

    By on

I have purchased this same item 3 times incase there was a manufacturing problem but there was not. My dog would always some how get out by just pushing his nose on the zipper. I have had the product for 5 days now and the zipper is already broken. I do not recommend this product everything for how much it costs.

need new design for zipper and windows

    By on

At first I thought I was going to love this crate. It was so easy to set up and take down. But- my dog unzipped the zipper the first time in it! The zipper separated- not at the end like it was supposed to. so every time my dog pushes on it - the 2 sides of the zipper disconnect. Also I think she feels a little closed in as the side and back windows are too small. I have not had trouble with her breaking out of my older travel kennel.

Spacious and well made. We replaced our hard sided crate with this. Easy to use and nice to be able to store when not in use.

    Not good for chewers

    By on

To start off with a positive, the tent crate was very easy to assemble and disassemble. It was nice material and it seemed like my pup was enjoying the tent life. However, as soon as we left her in there long enough my 14lb terrier was able to chew a whole through the door and unzip the door. Later on she then proceeded to chew a huge whole through the door. So not a one start, because I think it was actually a good product, I just wouldn't recommend it if you think your dog would know to chew through the door.

    Easy to use

Wow, I love this product. So easy to set up and break down. Also I can carry it myself. My dog is happy to have her own space at work. Also my experience with chewy was fantastic I had it in less than 24 hours!

    As advertised

    By on

Well designed big crate for large dog who is crate trained. Dora could have busted out if she wanted to. If your critter is crate trained they will enjoy the nice features on this crate. This product is easy to set up, but it can be a little awkward for one person the first couple times.

This is my second crate from this company, I wanted a bigger one so my 3 little dogs could all fit & it’s perfect. Well made, good looking & easy to fold up. I would highly recommend it!

    Wish the bottom was stronger

    By on

Admittedly, my dog is a bit heavy for the product, but she fits in it and it is a size that I could probably get onto public transit that allows dogs in carriers. I like that if folds up, which is a huge advantage over the plastic crates.
