Loves it!
It actually took my guy about a week to warm up to this tower. Now he absolutely loves it!! He is only 8lbs, and he fits just right.
They love it!
I was hesitant to purchase this, not because of the reviews but just wasn’t sure if my cats would like it. This climber was easy to assemble and visually pleasing. It fits perfectly in a small space in my living room. Both cats like it but for different reasons. Penelope likes to climb, especially in the high basket. Minnie enjoys scratching on the basket dome. No one has scratched on the post as of yet but so far, it’s a winner!
Great (and tasty?) Tower
My kitten immediately loved this tower. It’s easy to assemble, sturdy, and looks nice. This is our first time ever owning a kitten and we did not realize that they chew things! She has wrecked the material around the upper bed. If I had realized she could destroy it so thoroughly I would have purchased a spray or something to deter chewing.
Amazing cat tower!
So far very happy with my purchase! It was very simple to put it together, took me about ten minutes, and it feels very sturdy. The design is also aesthetically pleasing and fits with my overall design of my home
Sturdy pet furniture
This is a great pet furniture for my 2 cats! They play with the balls attached to the furniture! We love it
Had mildew spots
Some of the wicker had mildew-y spots. Definitely not what I was looking for in a brand new cat tower. It also wasn't super sturdy. Fortunately Chewy let me return the tower.
Not interested
The quality is fine. The design is nice. But.....my cat is not at all interested. I'm keeping it just in case he eventually changes his mind. I have one that came from Dr Foster & Smith when they were in business. They sold and I have yet to find one that meets the design and quality my cat is accustomed to. It is mostly carpeted with a couple of sisal posts. This one I got has the sisal post but bamboo is a turn off for my cat and the material is fabric...another turn off. The top bed is not deep enough.....so overall, if you have a picky cat, I don't recommend this product if he is use to another style.
My cat is in love!
My 13-year-old small but mighty (okay, chunky) beautiful girl loves this tree! It's the perfect size for her to see outside easily and smell the Pacific Ocean air. She also is partial to the scratching posts, and the little hut. Smelled nice right out of the box, with no chemicals. Such a bonus! She is also right by my desk so I can say hi to her anytime while I work. The reason for 4 stars is the fact that it wobbles when she jumps into the top bed. but the bed is a decent size for my 14 lb kitty (she is not a large cat, so not sure if it's big enough for a much larger cat). Also, I had to add her other old tree to the side so she can easily climb. This is yet another tree that doesn't allow for older cats to step up into it. My solution works great, tho, and I have a very happy cat now!
It couldn't get any better!
We are preparing housing for two kittens. At first we bought a house for two from another seller, but it turned out to be broken and we noticed these rattan houses. Of course, it would be great if it was one house for two, but having bought two of these, we did not regret it. Very high quality, easy to assemble and very beautiful, match with other rattan products we have, delivery is very fast. I think our cats will love it)

With reviews- I like to see what one does not like about the product- I purchased this almost a year ago and this is by memory of its arrival and up to this point. Like with others, there was one challenge with the assembly process. I think it was on the second level, there was padding that was thick and make it a challenge to screw on the post with the bolt on. I took out the bolt and screwed it on the second level then screwed on the post. I had to push down on the padding to help the post screw tightly. There is a slight wobble with the top basket. I believe a longer bolt would remedy both concerns. Filling for both cushions/pillows are slim, it does not provide for a cushion-ey type of bedding. One is fleece-y type and the other is rough- reminds me of extremely rough linen, soft burlap type of material. My cat seems to be fine with the fleece-y one and does not care for the other one. One thing I did not factor in prior to purchasing this is realizing that the top basket is off set by about 3 inches... maybe 4.. I measured the place for the tree's placement by its bottom level. The top basket is off set and that had a slight impact on the placement. (small place). Another factor to consider- The material of the igloo and the basket- happens to be the same kind of material as many popular current home decor. The cat learns that it is okay to scratch on this material- I see that my cat has been scratching on other decor that has similar material to this. I would definitely buy this again and other products by this company. My cat uses this daily.
