    Good Travel/temporary cage

By Kimber on Aug 15, 2021

I have nothing but good things to say about this cage! I love the smaller spacing between the bars, so baby guinea pigs cannot slip through, and the vinyl liner is great. The one complaint I have is the Velcro straps that secure the liner—if this cage is something you’ll take up and down often, it can I have nothing but good things to say about this cage! The one complaint I have is the Velcro straps that secure the liner—if this cage is something you’ll take up and down often, it can be tedious. I purchased this as a travel cage/temporary cage because it’s honestly too small for 2 piggies to live in permanently. I would not recommend this cage for a pair or more, especially for longer periods of time. For a single pig (on the special circumstance that you only have 1 temporarily or your pig is the type to not play well with others) or babies, this is a great size. If you got two and hooked them together, it would be more than enough space—just make sure to cover the ramps to avoid their feet getting caught in the bars. As always, never leave piggies unattended with predators. A dog or cat could easily tear through this cage! All in all, love the quality as my travel/temporary cage! As stated above, if you got a second and attached them, this would be suitable for a pair or more. (I have a photo attached of this cage with the roof in place compared to my “permanent” cage for them, which is about 9 sq ft) … more

Flimsy fencing and not good for beginner

    By MultiPetOwner85 on Aug 2, 2021

I bought this thinking it would be great. I would never house my guinea pig or pigs in it. This is the most flimsy and cheaply made want to be cage I have ever came across! I'd recommend Mid West wabbat housing instead. We have 4 plus one deluxe. This would be ok if you do not have other animals, can I bought this thinking it would be great.
