MidWest Cozy Crates

A Cozy Crate for Every Home

As instinctual den animals, it's important for dogs to have a comfy place to nest. Crates also help with potty training and reducing habits like chewing or barking, while providing a safe, den-like home for your fur baby. MidWest designs their crates with safety, security and comfort as their priority. No matter the age of your dog, you're sure to find the right fit for your unique pal.

Convenience and Comfort, All in One

For a lightweight crate that requires no tools, folds flat, and still has the security of heavy-duty slide-bolt latches, look no further than the MidWest iCrate. It’s made for easygoing dogs and even comes with a divider panel so it can grow with your pup. Pair that with a removable, ease-to-clean plastic pan, sturdy carrying handle, and surface protective rubber feet to create the recipe for a crate made just for your dog.

A Crate for All LifeStages

Made with heavy-gauge steel and wire mesh, MidWest's Life Stages is a sturdy cage that can offer extra security. Rubber rollers protect your floors while a sturdy carrying handle makes it easy to move before your pal gets in. With rounded corners to protect your dog, slide bolt latches to keep him safely inside, and a divider panel that can be moved—and removed as your pup grows—it's a crate for all life stages.

Secure, Sturdy and Safe

For optimal security and safety, the Ultima Pro is MidWest's most durable crate, made of professional-gauge steel designed to stand up to chewers and stronger dogs. The dual door access allows your dog to enter and exit on either side—but only when you say so! Your dog will feel safe and cozy in this retreat, made just for those pups who need a little extra safekeeping.

I need a crate for a cat with a broken leg. Will this be a good size to keep her from moving around too much?
Answer by ChewyJan 30, 2018
This product is designed specifically for puppies & small dogs.

Would this crate be okay for my corgi??
Answer by ChewyJul 23, 2019
To select the best size for your dog we recommend that you measure the length of your dog from nose to tail. When measuring the length, be sure to add approximately 2-4 inches to the overall length, depending on the size of your dog. To determine the height of the crate you will need, measure your dog from the top of the head to the ground. If your dog has naturally erect ears, measure from the tip of the ears. To obtain the width of your crate, add approximately 2 inches for smaller breeds and 4 inches for larger breeds.

how to set this crate up

Do you have instructions on breaking this crate back to flat? It is currently being used but we will need it broke down to travel. Thanks

To disassemble, it is advised to reverse the assembly process.

Bellas nighttime sleeping quarters

Oue 13 week Havanese puppy just loves the Pink crate. She is very comfortable sleeping on the Pink cushioned bed, that fits in the crate perfectly.

Adorable. Great quality. Spacious. Durable.

This pink crate is too cute! It’s perfect for my 8 week old fur baby because the divider is adjustable which allows me to choose how much space I give my baby. For training, it’s always recommended to only give them enough space to stand, lay, and turn around. She isn’t happy to be crate training because she’s obsessed with play time, but I couldn’t be more thankful for this portable crate as it’s durable yet easy to move, spacious enough to begin training and last her whole lifetime. It features a handle that you can attach to its top for easy portability and the sliding tray allows for easy access when cleaning. 10/10 would recommend for any female fur mamas in search of a crate. I would buy this piece again without question.

Pink small dog cage

My fourth (4) cage purchased (Three Frisco's ordered and returned ). I cut myself on the posts sticking up. This pink one is coated much better and I love it. Chewy went out of their way to replace the first one, free of charge. It was the same. Chewy suggested I try this brand. So much better .

bent kennel

I just got a new puppy about a week and a half ago, I was super excited to see this kennel in a pink color since I was getting a girl. Not only was this planning on coming three days past what it originally was supposed too, it also came damaged and bent up I’m extremely upset as I was so excited for this for my new puppy.

Pink crate

Love the pink color, was hard to put together. I think it was bent from shipping. Works good once I got it figured out.

Puppy ran inside of it!

Our maltipoo puppy ran inside and stayed put as her safe house until she felt comfortable for 2-3 days. After that she pretty much ran around and got to know her new home. She did not want to sleep in it at night but did during the day, especially with a Snuggle Puppy with beating heartbeat. It was not difficult to snap together and easy to move around.
