Gift for grand doggy
I purchased this XXL Large crate to make my daughter's life easier raising a Great Pyrenees pup and forgot about purchasing it. However, my daughter reminds me every time I see her raving about how much the dog loves it! He has so much more room, it's escape proof, and it keeps the pup out of trouble when no one's around to watch him. Excellent product! Also, it was easy to assemble.
Great but TALL!!!
It’s been great so far. I put it together by myself. Would have been easier if my husband was home though. Been using it for a few months now and our English Mastiff still has lots of room to grow. I do wish it wasn’t so tall, it’s really really tall.
Perfect for my extra large St,Bernard.
large cage was perfect for St. Bernard when it rains outside and we have to leave home for an hour or so.
Sturdy long lasting crate for huge dogs.
We have had 2 English Mastiffs and 1 Cane Corso housed in this crate and have used for well over a decade. It is sturdy, easy to assemble and a great training tool. The finish has held up well and we have no complaints. We looked at other XXL crates at stores in our area, and the bars were thinner and we did not trust they would provide enough support for our 200+ pound dogs. This MidWest crate is a good pick for a long lasting crate.
Not impressed at all with this cage. Two out of the three hinges broke on the second day. The welds broke right off. Hard to hold a big dog when you can’t close the door.
Had to adjust several connection with channel locks the section at the bottom where the slide in panel sits it took forever to get that part right .at the price this pen cost, I would not buy another one.the only positive thing it has going ,the material was top of the line it was very heavy,it took two guys to off load from fed x..
The tallest crate I could find
Needed a huge crate for my Leonberger- she couldn’t stand up comfortably in the largest available folding crate. This crate is huge and heavy- need 2 people to assemble. Some of the bottom wire loops were bent when I received it, so we had to work on fixing that before it could be properly assembled- needed pliers and clamps to fix. Once together, it’s great, sturdy, and the double doors with triple latches are nice.
This is our 3rd XL Double Door Crate and our Dobermans love it. Easy to assemble (but watch your fingers), large space for even two Dobermans to stand and sleep. The double door is convenient for two-way entrance and exit options.I highly recommend this product.
Not for dogs who are not crate-trained
This crate is big! It took me about 30 minutes to get everything separated out of the box, but putting it together was simple with two people. Photo reference: 6m old Rottweiler in this crate next to 42” crate.
This crate is huge!! Perfect for a growing Great Pyrenees puppy with special needs. Lots of room to move around and the 2 doors are useful! There is only 1 thing I wish would be changed is the wire at the base of the walls. If it would solid or smaller gaps, it would be perfect.
