NOT WORTH THE EFFORT
By owl9704 on Jan 22, 2021
I have been using carriers for over 60 years. This has to be the cheapest made, and worst designed one I have ever had. And I have bought many Midwest products prior to this and never had any issues. Then came this! The system that holds it together doesn't work, it falls apart and it is just not the quality Midwest always had

Poor quality
By Rose on Dec 30, 2020
I found this difficult to assemble. I took it to the shelter to adopt a cat and even the people at the shelter could not get it to stay together. I ended up borrowing carrier from the shelter and leaving this one there.

Maybe Not...
By cmelara12 on Dec 16, 2020
Bought it for my kitty, he loved playing with it but when it came to travel he would freak out and cry. Got a softer carrier and he was much more calm. Plus the opening of the door was such a pain each time, plastic is cut awkward.

DO NOT BUY
By Wows on Dec 17, 2020
This product is highly disappointing. We have a 8 pound wiener dog and she continually gets out of it and all the locks are shut. This all PLASTIC crate is bad.

Not for a determined dog
By Doglover on Oct 25, 2020
I have a miniature pinscher. The first day or should I say night the crate was fine. But by the next day he had figured that he could push out of the front door of the cage. Cage does not lock well. And with a good push any dog or cat can come out

All four carriers broke within 2 months
By CatGarden on Jul 23, 2020
Consider this a disposable carrier, which is a shame because it is plastic. I bought four of these, and all four broke within two months of use -- and for several different reasons! Chewy was wonderful at sending a replacement for the first one, and I haven't asked them about replacing the others. I finally just bought another carrier. The pegs that hold the door on are a the most likely thing to fail, and I notice they confuse most vet personnel who try to operate them, and are usually re-latched at the vet such that the pet can break out. (And the vet folks see all sorts of carriers.) Save yourself the headache and just get a better carrier.

Dog carrier
By Janice on Dec 26, 2020
Very disappointed in the carrier the door will not stay locked overnight when the 2lb puppy is in it

Decent cat carrier
By Jenn on Sep 24, 2020
Easy to put together and nice colors. I wish the handle was a little easier to grasp. The door is different, and the vet tech keeps forgetting to lock it in. That won't be an issue when we can go into vet visits again; but in the time of COVID, it matters.
