I’ve been feeding this for about 3 months to all 3 of my horses. This includes a pony with metabolic syndrome who needs something with low sugar/starch. The last feed I used seemed like cardboard but this smells great and the horses clean it right up. Happy horses, happy me!
I’ve tried just about every brand of horse feed over a span of many years for all ages of horses. I’ve just started this on a 3 year old Gypsy Vanner . He loves it. It’s a little too soon to evaluate how it is affecting his overall condition but he is maintaining a healthy weight and General well being. Definitely nothing negative and plenty of healthy poop, which is a good thing.
I have only fed this for a week, just getting my gelding onto it, and he is loving the taste of it, it smells like a Pina Colada lol. He can be fussy with his feed, but he is really chowing down on this, so that is a good thing! Will update in a few weeks, as to how he keeps his condition etc. I plan on ordering again! :)
