Fun toy for the foster puppies
The puppies loved playing with this ball; however, the small bones you put inside literally fell out before I could give it to them. I realize it's a dispensing ball, but it dispensed the bones before the puppies could play with it. I liked that it was sturdy enough that they didn't chew through it.
Scout’s #1 ball
This is my mini aussie’s absolute favorite toy. Unfortunately after heavy love and constant use, the first one was run over by the lawnmower but he is just as in love with its replacement. He has many toys and this one is the one he searches for every day. He’s happy fetching other balls and toys, he chews appendages off of small stuffed animals and isn’t typically picky but he has a special thing for this red rubber ball. This ball stays intact and is carried and thrown and caught and rolled. It holds up very well, not completely indestructible (the first one had some slices out of it before the lawnmower incident) but very durable. It softens but stays strong with heavy use. We will continue to order this ball over and over for our pup.

I hate to write a poor review because just yesterday I was thinking how great of a buy this was because my 1 year old Corgi LOVES it... but today he got his lower jaw (behind his teeth) stuck inside the openings and I was luckily home but alone when it happened. He looked like he was just carrying around with him for a while but then I noticed him drooling and he wouldn’t drop it on command. I realized it was stuck and couldn’t pull it off without him freaking out and had to try to cut it off with no luck by myself. I called a neighbor who came right away and was able to pull it off with little struggle while I held my dog still. Glad he’s safe and that I was home but his fav toy went in the trash after that. Probably safer for larger dogs but a Medium for a 28 lb Corgi was the perfect size to fit tightly onto his little jaw. Supervision is key!

My 14wk old large breed puppy loves this toy!! I shove a few milk bones (or my cousins home made dog treats) into it and she goes crazy!! It keeps her occupied for a little while and she carries the ball around the house waiting for treats to fall out. She’s discovered that if she bounces it, the treats fall out (usually)!! Such a fun interactive treat ball!!
Cooper’s favorite
This is Cooper’s favorite toy/treat dispenser. It holds up to active chewing but he is on #3. I’m very happy Chewy has had them in stock for the past few years. The ball holds a small bone shaped biscuit (like Old Mother Hubbard). Thank you Chewy for your great customer service.
Fantastic for tough chewer!
Fantastic for a 10mo German Shepherd. She goes through plush toys in seconds, rope toys in minutes and any and all furniture if you don’t give her something to do. She now only gets kongs and other tough toys. This is by far her favorite. Tough toys tend to be far less engaging but this one you can load with all kinds of things (fish skins, carrots, celery, dog biscuits, etc.) and it keeps her busy for 30+ min! We even play tug with it and it doesn’t break, and she carries it with her everywhere she goes! Highly recommend!
My dog loves this item
I have a large dog lab and border mix and he can't be as active because I'm older and I can't always take him to do exciting things. He loves this toy I put two medium sized milk Bones in it crosswise and then he rolls it and he plays with it and it holds up to him chewing on it and playing with it . This keeps him active in several ways for quite a little bit
Milk bone ball
This is a great toy. It is well constructed. It is easy for our dog to pick up and roll / throw around. You need to make sure you use the medium size milk bones as anything smaller will fall out of the ball to easily.
Not for tough chewers
My 7 month old German Shorthaired Pointer "killed" this toy in less than 10 minutes. I'm sure it is a great product for smaller, less aggressive chewers, but I do not recommend this for hard chewing , large breed dogs!
Great Way to Make the Treats Last
I have been purchasing one a year for at least 5 years. It is the perfect way to make treats last longer for my Great Dane. EVERY treat is a one bite treat but this ball makes her work a little bit for each treat. They also last a long time. She is not a huge chewer but she really chews on that ball to get her treat out. She also carries it around when she wants a treat. I do not use the Milk Bone treats because she is on a limited ingredient diet due to allergies but other treats work well.
