Our dogs’ favorite toy by far!!
By Missy13 on Apr 6, 2021 top1000Contributor
This toy is genius. We have a 10lb mini dachshund and a 7lb chihuahua, they both get so excited when we take the Milk Bone treat toy out for them! Most treat dispenser toys either let all the treats out too easily or it’s too hard and they give up, this one is just PERFECT. They have to work at it for maybe 2-3 minutes and a tiny bone pops out. The bones are just the perfect size for a reward that keeps them interested in playing. They both prefer the tiny plain flavored bones (beagle on the box), our doxie will eat the peanut butter ones sometimes (but you can tell they’re not her faves) the plain bones are a bit hard to locate and I can never find them in stock here, but we’ve had luck at This toy is genius. None of our dogs has tried to chew up the dispenser - they figured out how to play with it pretty quickly, and gingerly push it with their noses and paws until a treat pops out. Our chihuahua is a rescue and was never taught to play with toys as a puppy - this is the only toy he will play with for a good length of time, and that really warms my heart. … more

Dog Love Treats? Don’t Buy This!
By MilkboneFail on Jan 9, 2021
So comes the day that the big blue and brown boxes are delivered at my house every couple months and the dogs go wild. We love Chewy and the products are always great! My dogs love treats, love toys, and love me for ordering them all the good stuff to eat and play with. The problem comes at the loving of treats though because they have apparently proven here that toys are ranked far far far under treats. If your dog likes treats and becomes frustrated when mommy puts those treats in a rubber container with holes meant for play..... well the photos tell the ending of that story when our Chewy product didn’t hold up to standard. Honestly disappointed in Milkbone for this toy being lower quality So comes the day that the big blue and brown boxes are delivered at my house every couple months and the dogs go wild. Honestly disappointed in Milkbone for this toy being lower quality than the ten Kongs the girls have. They really needed to mix things up, but looks like we will being doing fecal inspection instead for a couple weeks! I’m giving three stars because the package did come with sample mini milkbones, the toy was fun for the whole ten minutes it lasted, and it was a great design idea aside from whatever failed to keep my dog from chewing the largest whole in the treat filled corner. … more

Entertaining
By Bee08 on Feb 8, 2021
Can’t believe how much my dog actually loved this thing. I have a Doberman and it has kept her busy for hours. I put a treat in it that was a little harder to get out of (a sausage treat) and she had a field day. Also at the end of the day I throw it in the dishwasher (top rack) and in the morning full with treats before I leave for work! You can fit more than the mini treats in it you just might have to break them in half (that’s what I do) might be able to dice up some apples too! I’ve Been telling all my other dog parents about this wonderful little thing !!

Fun but doesn't seem durable
By MTR1014 on Feb 25, 2021
I got this for my puppy to keep him entertained, and he likes pushing this around to get the treats out, but as soon as the treats are empty he resorts to chewing it and after only 10 minutes I could see that this is a toy he cannot have unsupervised, there were already little chunks of rubber coming off

Too easy for the pup
By Lorethebore on Feb 9, 2021
Once again, I didn't check size, I found they make this in 2 sizes and for some reason I got the big one and I have a small pup. But she likes it, keeps her busy for all of 30 seconds. I wish it was a little more challenging to get the treats out to keep her busy longer, but she loves it, of course she does as she gets treats!

Loads of entertainment
By Shawna on Feb 7, 2021
I bought two one for each dog they really enjoyed this toy and It will dispense other treats well I put freeze dried lung and ziwipeak in it and my two one large one puppy had a great time tossing and rolling these around. I have one super chewer and he did not destroy it so thats a huge plus that its not a one time and done deal.

Fun brain game
By Molly on Mar 9, 2021
My dogs really enjoy this toy! It easily rolls and releases treats, when these toys are too difficult my stubborn dogs tend to lose interest, so this is perfect for them. Fits the mini milk bones perfectly.

Good interactive toy!
By Taylor on Jan 28, 2021
I give this to my dog when I’m doing work at home and need some time to focus. He enjoys the fun in trying to get the treats out. It’s durable for him but he’s not a heavy chewer, not sure how it would be for a dog that is. Overall great product and I’m satisfied
