Can this be used by the mouth. My 6 month old puppy seems to always get my 3 year old dog in the lip area. Mostly under the bottom of mouth while playing. Wondering only if either of them were to lick it if harmful?

Does this gel leave a stain ? Some styptic powders are yellow and leave stains on white coats.

Based on reviews, I see product is great fro stopping a bleed, but does it also act as a shield or barrier to prevent dirt or debris from entering the wound and causing infection?

This item is made to stop the bleeding and to ease pain and itching only. It does not keep the wound from getting dirty.
