Where does the source of glucosamine comes from?

Glucosamine rebuilds joint cartilage, improves joint flexibility, and reduces pain. The Glucosamine in this supplement is shellfish based.

For cost savings, I would prefer to purchase the 5 lb. bag. What is the refrigerator life once the bag's been opened? If it's less than 4 months, can I split the 5 lb. bag and wrap it well then place it in our deep-freezer until she is ready for it?

If necessary, we suggest that you freeze it for only a couple of weeks. Prolonged freezing of any food product denatures the nutritional components.

Can you give them two types of missing link at the same time. They are the hip and joint, but I would like to also give the one for Senior dogs. My girls are twelve years old

Wonderful supplement

I have known about Missing Link products since I joined the greyhound world about 14 years ago. I started using the Hip & Joint powder for my greys and have found it to be very effective. Much more so than other products. One of my current girls has a touch of arthritis in her wrist. After starting her on this, I see no more signs of it and she races around the yard like a crazy girl. Highly recommend this product.

Does a great job!

My young dog developed an arthritic limp following surgery. We initially thought it was an injury, but regardless of intervention her limp continued. We decided to switch to this supplement (from another glucosamine type supp) & it has helped sooo much! We have been using it for nearly a year with no signs of her limp returning! Highly recommend!

Picky Eaters Love!!

Both of my dogs are picky eaters and they both love the Missing Link. I’ve tried chewable vitamins and neither will take those but this being a powder form sprinkled in their food makes it super easy for me to give them the vitamins they need!

Good Stuff!

I have had very good results with this supplement after a friend told me about it! My dog is 9 yrs. old and has front feet turning in towards each other and I know that someday (hopefully not too soon!) this will start giving him problems but so far he still pulls me all over the place with ease & no pain if he sees a squirrel or a rabbit to chase! He also loves the taste of it when I sprinkle it on his food...
