    Organic Food, Happy Bunnies

By Katie on Mar 12, 2021

While I can definitely attest to the dust in this food, I am giving it five stars because my rabbits love it. I transfer it from the bag into a separate container, and most of the dust stays at the bottom. And I have found ways to use the dust. I have a rabbit that is finnicky about eating hay. If I sprinkle a little of the dust on her hay, she mows it down. Also, I have been making them homemade rabbit treats using 1/4 cup of the dust, 1/4 cup of ground oatmeal, 1/2 a banana, and a carrot. You blend everything together in a food processor, make into a dough, cut into shapes, and bake in the oven. They go absolutely nuts for them! And it's a great way to use the dust!

    Lots of Dust

By Ajohn on Feb 28, 2021

This is good organic rabbit food which is difficult to find, but it is at least 30% dust. Rabbits don't eat dust and in fact it can be harmful to them. For the cost of this food I would expect premium quality. I believe the ingredients are premium quality but with so much of it being wasted to dust its difficult to call this product premium quality. Very disappointed with the value as so much is wasted.

    Disappointed

By Homesteader on Feb 23, 2021

This food seems to be high quality and my rabbits like it a lot. They had no gastrointestinal issues transitioning to Modesto Milling pellets from Purina pellets. The reason for my lackluster review is that the bag is full of dust. Each scoop is at least 20% dust. This is the most expensive rabbit food I've seen and the dust to pellet ratio makes this a very poor value. Thankfully I've found another organic rabbit food with New Country Organics, so I'm going to go with that in the future.

    Way way too much dust

    By Field1 on Apr 2, 2021

This seems like a great product but there is a ton of dust in each scoop. Pretty unacceptable. If the next bag is like this I’ll ask for a refund and never buy again. Can’t recommend.

    Bunnies love it!

Just got our first two bunnies - 8 and 9 weeks old. We are transitioning them over to this feed and they LOVE it. Highly recommend.

    Rabbit Feed

By Pinkzinia on Mar 23, 2020

I purchased this because I have 1 bunny who was refusing all pellets. He is eating this. Three stars because it looks fresh but doesn't smell it. My opinion is still up in the air. I will adjust it as I see how this affects their coats as they are Angora rabbits.

    Green and Fresh

By Jenn on Mar 27, 2020

After buying a 50 lb bag of this, my rabbits totally ignore the other pellets I mixed it with. My female rabbit who was underweight put on the weight she needed. I love that it is organic. Expensive, but happy rabbits.
