The Medium measures 48 inches x 56 inches x 0.5 inches and the Large measures 52 inches x 72 inches x 0.5 inches.
Does the fleece side stop it from slipping?

The fleece backing is more for comfort than it is for "non-slip" properties. That said, depending on what material the blanket is put on the fleece may help the blanket stay in place.
