Great CHEW Toy
By Toad53 on Jan 29, 2019
Our Golden Retriever Pup is a chewer and can/will destroy most everything we let her have in a day or so (even the most chew-proof items we've found to buy). This one, however, is doing very well. We keep three (two in the freezer) and rotate them. she LOVES these.

shocked and disappointed
By PetFinatic on Nov 8, 2018
I received the Chilly Bone quickly. The instructions are to run it underwater, place it in a plastic bag(came in the package) and freeze. Simple enough but to my surprise I felt something sewn inside. It felt like a capsule. I reread the package and instructions. Nothing mentioned about a capsule. So I cut open the seam to find a gel cap inside. Tampering is what comes to mind. Thankfully I didn't give it to my dog! I called CS to notify them. The rep took a moment to look it up to find out that it is suppose to be in there. It is a Gel cap with flavoring that slowly dissolve releasing the flavor. This is something that should be clearly marked on the package. A product that isn't I received the Chilly Bone quickly. Poor quality.

This product is cheaply made. Dog bit into canvas material and water drained from the product. Regret making this comment, because this is the very first poor review of items purchased from Chewy.

Use for small puppies
By ksljdf on Nov 26, 2018
These are great for small puppies with those needle puppy teeth. I have used them fostering for years and my own 12 week old pup loves it. Don't expect it to last a long time frozen, it will melt but it gives them something to chew on that soothes their teeth other then constant chew sticks and treats. I would not buy this for an older dog, they can be easily torn up once melted.

Chilly Bone not so chilly
By Holley on Oct 25, 2018
Worked great when frozen but after, lets just say it didn't make it. My puppy decided she liked it a bit to much and ate it. If your puppy doesn't destroy their toys I recommend it but if they destroy their toys, well just make sure you take it from them before completely thawed.

Don’t waste your money!
By Bullet on Oct 10, 2018
I wouldn't have Given this even one star but to post the review, it’s required. I bought 2 for our Brittany spaniel and our daughters large dog. Literally chewed up the first few seconds or I should say FELL APART! Worst product ever .

do not buy
By amanda on Aug 4, 2018
I should have read the reviews but I was so desperate to find something to help my pup...this is a horrible product and I wasted my money on it, as soon as I take it out of the freezer it becomes unfrozen...what I find is to soak a facecloth and put it in the freezer....at least that lasts longer than this toy...HORRIBLE and very mad I spent the money

Leaks blue dye all over
By jessica on Aug 3, 2018
I bought this for my 12 week old puppy. It doesn't stay cold long and while it's thawing and a dog is chewing on it it leaks blue dye all over the floor and dog. I tried washing it several times and it is still leaking blue dye. I wouldn't recommend this. Too much hassle.
