Every dog plays differently and, since not all toys are created equal, it’s always best to keep a close watch on your pup in case things get ruff. Supervised play will help toys last longer and most importantly keep your pal safe. No dog toy is truly indestructible, so always remove the toy from playtime if pieces begin to break off.
This line of plush “talking toys” is my Golden Retriever’s favorite. Please add more-he has all the styles you currently list online-I can’t wait to buy him more. The toys are are made well, reasonably priced and don’t shed or fall apart with constant play. The realistic (!) sounds made when the toy is squeezed (or “chomped”) definitely add to their popularity, at least with my dog. His current favorite (the “cow”) is constantly carried around in his mouth and sleeps with him through the nights and with every nap. It seems to be a real winner. I recommend it, and all the rest of the “animals” that comprise this line of toys. It’s small enough to be easily carried around in a pet’s mouth and large enough to not be swallowed or easily ripped apart. It’s definitely a favorite in our household!
My dog absolutely loves this toy. He’s 13 lbs and a heavy chewer so I’m not sure how long it will last as he’s only had it a few days. We have the cow and the moo is already messing up though. It sounds like “oh no no no no no” instead of moo. I find it hilarious as it sounds like it is desperately against being played with.
My dogs love all the "talking" toys. They are really gentle with their toys so they last forever. I don't really think these would hold up very well for heavy chewers...
I bought 5 different "Talking Animals" and after less than 4 hours the cow stopped mooing. My dog is not a hard chewing or a destroying toy type of dog (Maltese-Poodle, 12 pounds) but I think it should last longer.
My Aussie made the cutest face when the cow made the moo moo moo sound. She was really happy. She picked it up again and the 2nd sound was just cracking plastic. The little bag with the broken plastic pieces was out of the cow 2 minutes after that which made it easy for me to take away so she would not be harmed by the batteries. The cow was still a nice toy but I wish the sound box would have lasted longer than 1 time.
This Multipet toy has become one of her favorites. She treats it with care and makes sure she has her moo cow and rooster at bedtime. Great toy.
I received a dead on arrival toy and Chewy immediately issued me a new one, without even asking. Amazing customer service on Chewy's part for starters. As for the toy, my Lulu loves it along with the other talking toys I purchased. Great buy. She's a 9lb Maltese
My dog loves this toy, he carries it everywhere and it makes noise too!
So wonderful to see her go engrossed and happy
Our dog loves her cow! She's always carrying it around - even outside in the snow.
