Buddy's new toy
Oh Nooo...it doesn't seem to have any cat nip. My cat, Buddy, can tell. It's still a cute toy. And to be honest, I got it for nostalgic reasons. Still, it makes a fine pillow for Buddy.

I love Mr Bill and this well made toy is kinda for me i think! LOL!
VERY small for $7
I didn’t realize this would fit in the palm of your hand... for $7 I just feel that it’s not much. Disappointed with the quality of it as well. The stitching looks loose. Our two kittens don’t really touch it unless we are holding it up to them. Not the best purchase... I feel like if they start playing with it, it won’t hold up for long.
Cute but did it even have catnip?
It's very small, was cute enough for fun pictures but I wonder if there was any catnip in it.
Oh No Mr Bill, plush cat toy
Other reviewers are right...no way to add catnip to Mr. Bill. And I'm not sure what catnip smells like...he may have it already sewn inside or something. At any rate, I didn't buy him for my cat. She got the gnome with the bottom feather. Oh NO, Mr. Bill was bought for ME! LOL, too many fond, laughable memories of Oh No, Mr Bill when I was younger and he was on TV. You see him on top of my laptop with my Peekin' Zeke rainbow hair dude. LOVE 'EM BOTH!
Not enough catnip
This is super cute and I couldn’t resist, but the cats don’t touch it.

so far my cats and kitten are ignoring - not sure why as it is a good size. I bought Kong Turtle at same time and that has their attention

Cats would not play with it. I don’t think it even has catnip in it, and was expensive for a cat toy.
little dogs love little toys
our Maultese loves the little toys , i’ve bought a lot of the little toys for her and my yorky. my Yorky never played with toys but now he loves the little toys too. so cute how they play with them.
