Easily shredded

I bought this because my dog loves to play tug-of-war, but she found it hard to grab the knotted end because of the size and lost interest easily in playing with it. She ended up just chewing on it and I found shredded rope all over my house. I will not order this item again.

Not for serious chewers

It was a fun toy to play with but I was hoping it would be tougher. My dog really enjoyed playing with it for a few days but he really chews stuff apart so it only survived a few days. In fact by the end of the first day he had the handle ripped. Two more days and the ball was just a long length of rope. I was still able to play tug of war while he ripped it apart so its fun for a dog that's not as destructive as mine.

Falls apart quickly

Within a day of giving this to our dog, the handle is already in shreds. Not happy with the quality of this compared with other Multipet items we have purchased. Additionally, the small is pretty large - I wish it came in extra small.

Didn't last shredded by my 8 month old lab mix in less than 24 hours. Next time I'll get one at the dollar store for less . She destroyed it in no time

My dog cannot get enough of this rope! It lasted about a week before starting to fray. Although some parts of the rope are frayed, it is still here because it is his favorite toy. The rope may shed around the house though so keep that in mind with your purchase.

My dogs love this rope knot. After 3 days my strongest 55 pound dog Laika got a bit of the rope loose in the knot as she's my "destructo" dog and her main mission in life is to see what she can undo, LOL, but the rest of the knot has stayed nice and tight, giving my 3 dogs a three way tug of war with it. My 25 pound dog Pepper doesn't like to play with toys but this one he will and my 10 pound chi mix Inky has the heart of a german shepard and trys to take off with it grabbing it by the part hanging off of the rope. They all love this thing.

Although my dogs enjoyed this toy it's more of an outside toy LOL My one dog would swing it around in the house and it would go flying, nearly took out the tv. They did love it though just had to keep them calmer with it inside then out
