Prevents Ice Balls Between Toes
By Leena on Feb 17, 2021
I often snowshoe and do long hikes in deep snow with my border collie. she has always struggled with ice balls between her toes and at times they become painful after spending hours outside. If your dog has long fur between their toes, this is not a miracle fix....but if you trim the fur between the toes and paw pads and then apply Mushers Wax just before heading into the snow, it works well for several hours. Sometimes you will have to reapply a thin coat again mid hike. Definitely worth it for fluffy pawed pups and snow... especially fresh, and or powder deep snow.

the best paw protection!
By kodasmom on Feb 25, 2021
My GSD was constantly tearing open her paw pads playing in the snow. I had been using a different paw balm that didn’t seem to help much. Switched to this and we haven’t had a problem since! I apply it daily to make sure her paw pads are moisturized and protected when she’s playing in the snow and on the ice. I can tell that it’s keeping her paw pads more supple, they aren’t dry at all like the used to be. This has been a life saver. I’ll never be without it.

Paw pads appreciate
By Tlctwinb on Feb 20, 2021
My dog allows me to apply easily. The wax is softened as you motion over it with your warm fingers and applies like a creamy wax indoors. Pads are softer since I’ve been applying. We’re located in Midwest so it’s helpful with cold winter weather and sidewalks that are salted. My dogs not fond of silicone boots which we do use if very cold subzero conditions. The wax alone doesn’t seem to prevent paws from getting cold in very cold subzero conditions alone as he will lift up paws.

Snowballs at a minimum
By EchosMom on Feb 20, 2021
My older dog was having trouble walking in the snow due to the snowballs in between her toes. My sister was talking to someone about this and they recommended Musher’s Secret. I immediately purchased some, it arrived the next day, I applied it to Echo’s paws and she didn’t lick it off! She has had a few snowballs, but they don’t bother her when walking and they come right off when I towel her off before coming back into the house.

A must for winter
By FloydandFrida on Feb 13, 2021
We weren’t sure what our dogs would do with this, but you can tell they love it. We have a frug and a frenchie and we’ve had a bad winter this year . A first for both of them and they’re paws can’t take it. They wait for it to be put on their paws before going out, so I can only assume it gives them some sort of protection and some relief. Getting ready to buy another jar of it. Anything that makes it easier for them to go outside right now and protects their paws....I’m all over it

Snowballs be gone!
By Moey on Feb 10, 2021
I live in Michigan and have a goldendoodle. Winters are a NIGHTMARE for my dood's paws. She gets big chunks of snow/ice in between her pads and I usually have to melt them off with the heat of my hand. That can take 5 minutes. What I do now is put a big glob in between her pads then we go out. When we get home there is still a snow/ice ball but it falls right off! I then wipe down her pads with doggy wipes and she's good to go. It's an expensive remedy but it works. Worth the expense! ☺

Seems to work
By Ladymom on Feb 24, 2021
After all the snow this product came recommended to me by a Bernese mountain dog owner to repel snow and keep feet safe. Used this on an Australian labradoodle with snowballs clinging to her legs, belly, face. Second time around when she had this on the snowballs didn’t form on her body. I guess the wax stopped the snow from clinging.

Excellent product for paws with ice melt
By Lori on Feb 12, 2021
I bought this for my dog to use during the winter. We have a lot of ice melt pellets that seem to bother her. I apply this about 1-2 times per week in the winter and it has kept her more comfortable walking on the ice melt. I don't notice her licking her paws as much after a walk. The wax is lightweight and safe. I don't find that it rubs off on the floors or furniture. It's a very safe and easy product.

Perfect for Winter Weather!
By Kath on Feb 21, 2021
I apply this to my pup’s paw pads 1-2 times a week and it keeps them so supple and soft! They get a bit cracked in the winter because of how much he enjoys playing in the snow/ice, and this is a great wax to ensure your furry friend is comfortable the entire time! Also planning to use this in the summer for beach trips!

Paw protection
By Janine on Jan 30, 2021
I purchased this for winter months. The pads on my paws are like my feet sensitive. The smell is pleasant I think it works great I can't get my dogs to wear boots and their pads are still pink in areas. They go out for potty breaks only in the winter and they no longer come in a lick their feet from being cold. I think it also helps inside the house with skid protection, a lot less slips on hardwood and marble tile.
