Same toughness as the Senior Rings

I bought both the N-Bone Senior Dental Rings and the N-Bone Puppy Teething Rings because my elder bull’s teeth are worn down to the point that she can no longer enjoy tougher, bigger chews like Himalayan yak - and rawhide is of course a “no no.” The N-Bone Rings are rawhide free and I found both varieties (Senior & Puppy) to be the same level of toughness, if anyone else is wondering. The Senior Rings have added glucosamine and chondroitin for joint health, but the Puppy Rings will do when those are out of stock. Neither have caused any stomach upset and both N-Bone Rings are made in the U.S.

Too hard for our senior dog to chew!

I bought these after reading reviews that they were easy for senior dogs to chew. Unfortunately my 14 year old lady cannot chew these at all. They require too much jaw strength to get going. I even tried soaking them in water to see if they would soften at all for her. It was so sad seeing her put the ring in her mouth but not be able to enjoy it. I now have a bag of "senior" treats that my poor girl cannot do anything with!

He loves them!

My 11 year old boy was rescued 3 years ago with terrible teeth (can't go under for a dental) so we're always looking for something to satisfy his doggy need to chew that doesn't hurt his poor mouth. So glad we gave these a try. He adores these. They are hard enough to help him as a dental chew but soft enough that he can chew away pain free. And I don't know what you put on these, but he goes absolutely nuts for them.

Omg yes!!!

I used to give my sweet Lily the Puppy Teething Rings years ago and she used to love them. I stopped purchasing after she turned 2 even if she liked them so much because they're formulated for puppies. Now my baby is almost 8, it's difficult to find something that she can enjoy. I was so excited when I found this Senior Dental Rings!! As soon as the bag arrived (day after) I gave her one, and after a little sniffing it's like something came to her mind and she started chewing on it avidly! 10/10 recommended and it also smells good!!

Too hard for small dogs

This chew is made for large dogs (I have a dachshund) who have all their teeth and have no problem chewing. Labeling them as senior treats seems misleading. Even had difficulty cutting them with a knife.

What a great product!

My dog Jackson is almost 8 years old and he loves this product. The flavor seems good as he aggressively ran towards this product as soon as I opened it and he kept looking for more. I like that it has glucosamine in the formula because Jackson definitely needs some joint support as he gets older. The first bag has almost run out. Time to re-order!

requires supervision!

This toy requires supervision! One of my cats started pulling the sides out and I’m afraid those “straw like pieces” are going to get swallowed and become foreign bodies! I repeat supervise your cats when playing with this toy!
