Feeding Instructions

Monitor your pet at all times during the chewing or consumption of this product. Throw away pieces that are too large to swallow or digest.

Where do you get your ingredients?

We are always looking for the highest quality ingredients. We source our ingredients from North America when they are available, but there are some products that cannot be sourced from the United States in the level of quality our customers expect.

Since you are all natural, what do you use to preserve your treats and what is the shelf life for your products?

We use rosemary extract and a natural form of vitamin E called mixed tocopherols to keep the lipids (or fats) in our product from going bad. We also prevent microbial growth by carefully monitoring the moisture content in our treats. The combination of these 2 techniques leads to a 12 - 15 month shelf - life for most of our products.

What happens if my pet accidentally eats more than the recommended amount of treats?

If your pet eats more than the recommended amount of treats, it is possible that they could vomit, have diarrhea or have a distended belly depending on how many treats they ate. Keep a close eye on your pet and if they do not recover within 24 hours, call your veterinarian.Treats should account for only 10% of your pet’s daily diet. If your pet exceeds the recommended amount of treats just adjust your pet’s daily food intake to stay within your vet’s recommended daily kcals.

Where are your treats produced?

Our facility is located in Plano, TX.

Have any of your products ever been recalled?

We are proud to say that we have never had a product recall.

Do your treats contain any sugar or corn syrup?

We think pets are sweet enough already! None of our products contain sugar, corn syrup or any other artificial sweeteners.

My pet won’t eat your treat. Why doesn’t she like it?

All pets are different and have different tastes. Some just like certain treats more than others. Please give another flavor of our treats a try!

    Great training treat

By Puck on Jul 29, 2021

I've been working with my ferret to teach him some tricks and these are the only thing he'll accept as a reward! I usually cut them into smaller bites and he devours them! Great treat for teaching!

    Not For Babies

By Selena on May 13, 2021

I bought these for my grand-ferret who is not quite 5 months old. She was curious but not completely interested. They may be too hard for her yet. We'll try again when she's a bit older

    Hits the spot

    By IrvW on Apr 16, 2021 top1000Contributor

I have 3 free-roaming Ferrets, one of whom is fussy. This is the only treat he will devour. The other two will also eat it, but not as voraciously.

My ferret is really in love with them and loves to run around with the bag in her mouth until I open it for her! I have this as part of my auto ship and it’s definitely worth it!

    Ferret treats

By Macy on May 7, 2020

These chew sticks are my ferrets favorite treats! When I reach for the pouch the 6 of them gather around my feet, standing on their hind legs waiting for their treat. Whoever finishes theirs first goes after the others'!
