Is this considered freeze dried? Does it splinter?

Every bone is marinated, slow dried and smoked with natural hard woods, not liquid smoke. This bone is not freeze-dried. All real bone can splinter. To prevent injury and choking hazard, please watch your pet while they enjoy this treat and be sure to choose the appropriate size chew. If this product splinters or develops sharp edges, throw it away immediately for your pet's safety.

Three dogs turned them down!

Bought these as stocking stuffer for three dogs in family. All three initially took theirs to their beds to settle in for a good chew but then all three turned up their nose. None of them chewed on them for more than two minutes. Not sure why, but had consistent “not interested” results, even from the “will eat/chew on anything” pup. Also, not all dogs live in the same household and had same results.

Phoebe loves them!

Phoebe is a Great Pyrenees and Husky mix. She loves these bones and each one lasts about a month. Takes her a while to get the marrow out. Bones are durable and survive her gnawing.

Dog didnt want to touch it

My dog isnt a high fusser about treats. But these...he stayed away like it was toxic!

Bummer!!!!

Our entire pack of 5 was unimpressed by these chews. What made them all the more disappointing is it took ordering them 3 times before we actually received them. Only the big dog chewed on one but quickly lost interest. We felt they were too small for her so safely chew anyway. It's a no from us, dog.
