My cat sometimes drinks out of the dogs bowl is this OK for cats too?

The dog and cat labeled bottles contain the same formula and directions. Both dogs and cats can share the same bowl of water.
Is this good for puppies 2-4 months of age?

Tooth saver

My dog is fine with it.

My dog don't mind but I put less than the recommended dose because I change her water bowl twice per day and/or as needed.

my cats wouldn’t drink water with this added

I added this to my cats water and they wouldn’t drink it! Not recommending, if my cats won’t drink it!

I really wanted to like it

But my dogs hate it. We have a water fountain and they usually love it but all 3 avoided it when they evidently did taste this. I used an appropriately measured amount for our almost 3.5 litre fountain, but I've now gone down to less than 1 tbsp for the entire bowl and they'll drink it now. I LOVED the ingredients, it is hard to find chlorhexidine anymore which is what cleans their mouths, but I can't really give it a great rating if my dogs that eat everything won't ingest it willingly.

Not working yet for bad breath

This is not helping with bad breath but it's only been a couple days maybe it takes a while.
