not sealed properly
I’m not sure how the product works because I never got to use it on our dog.
When the package arrived, it was carefully sealed in a plastic bag, inside a well insulted box. The box was in perfect condition. So imagine my dismay when I picked it up and found it empty. It was quickly clear that the screw top was not sealed prior to packing. I would think it would have a safety seal but it clearly didn’t so I fault the manufacturer for this one… unless they sold me a used product I guess. The plastic wrap over it was tight enough that there’s no way it came unscrewed during shipping. It was just unscrewed. Everything inside the box was slightly damp but not wet so I have a feeling this was half empty before they even sent it

Doesn't smell good
Sprayer was open in the box so 1/4 of the bottle was gone. It doesn't have much of a smell, unfortunately I want to use this in between bath times for my dog so smell is important! Don't but this try something else.

CLEANS & REFRESHES
A great waterless bash spray. Easy to use, has a nice, fresh smell & my dog likes it too. A good value for this big bottle.
Works well
We have some active girls who come in with some dirt occasionally. When the wash arrived the spray nozzle had been damaged. The wash itself seems great. I am going to have to put it in a different spray bottle so I can use it as intended

Defective Spray Nozzle - Fresh Clean Scent
I want to love this product. I truly do think it works well. However, I have wasted more of the product than I have used. The spray nozzle is defective. Every time I press the nozzle, it pours liquid into my hand. I am going to have to switch the contents into another bottle. I suppose it's not a huge issue. At least I have some sort of remedy to help address the issue. It is rather disappointing, though, and mildly inconvenient.
When you make a purchase, you shouldn't have to find ways to make the product work. It should effortlessly do as it claims it does. If the contents of the bottle didn't pour out into my hand or down my wrist every time I sprayed it. It seems to be effective so I still have given it 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Other than the faulty nozzle, it appears to mask most unfriendly odors and leaves a fresh, clean scent. It is not overwhelming. It leaves just enough of a delicate scent that our pup smells clean. I feel confident that we no longer have to bathe him so frequently. That makes him very happy. He hasn't reached the point where he enjoys water yet. This spray has the potential to be one of my favorite purchases so far. I hope changing the bottle fixes the issue.
I obviously don't know how the nozzle was damaged, but my guess is that it was defective. It was packed well, so I don't believe that it was damaged in transit.

Great for between baths!
My shepherd mix gets a little funky between baths. I don’t want to bathe him too often and irritate his skin, so I wanted to try a waterless bath option. This stuff is great! It doesn’t have a scent, and the enzymes neutralize the musky smell dogs get.
Problem with item
This item was received with content spillage. In fact, only about 1/4 of content present. Appears that spillage due to incomplete cap closure. There was no observable damage to bottle/ Very disappointed. Did not get to use item.
