how wide is the hole width by length for the guinea pigs to get through on both of them

The medium cottage has an opening measuring 3.94 inches wide and 4.33 inches tall. The large cottage has an opening measuring 5.12 inches wide and 5.91 inches tall. The medium tunnel measures 5.75 inches in diameter and the large measures 8.25 inches in diameter.

Great Hideys & Chew Relief

These were an instant hit. The hut is big enough for two fo my girls to sit next to each other. They take turns chewing on the doorway. The roof was also an instant hit and one of my girls loudy samples it every day. The tunnel offered them something they could run through at top speed or hide in with a side of chewing. These are great entertainment and stress relief items that are durable.

they LOVE it

Both my piggies absolutely adore the carrot-top hay house. I'm always going to have to keep one in there for them. I haven't given them the tunnel yet because they already have a different one, so I can't review that item yet.

The house is a hit

I gave this four stars only because our rabbit has not fallen in love with the tube yet. However he more than makes up for it with his love for the orange roofed hut. He gnaws away at it and I think it is really good for his teeth.

Bunnies love it

I have never ever seen my bunnies destroy a hay feeder as fast as this one. They are nit really interested in the tube but they box they love and they are finally eating more hay!!! My bunnies are super picky so even with them not like the tube as much I'm still getting them this every month. I'll find homes for the tubes

Super cute!

This ended up being too big for my baby which is my fault because I didn’t even bother to measure however, it is super cute and good quality!! Also the staff is super sweet if you need a refund!

Best purchase as of yet

This has been my best purchase as of yet. This review is not sponsored. My rabbits could care less about the tunnel, but went NUTS over the carrot cottage. They made it last two weeks. It was a pleasant surprise and I am definitely going to buy it again. Great for their teeth.

Carrot house

At first the piggies wouldn’t have anything to do with it but after a couple weeks they now get into it. I would recommend a window or another door in it.

love the house! wish you could buy it separately

My rabbit absolutely LOVES the house. It entertains him for hours. But he will not show any interest in the tunnels. So now I have all these dang tunnels he won’t touch. (I’m going to donate them to the local animal shelter) I really wish you could buy just the house. But i would absolutely would recommend it! You can’t get him away from it.

My guinea pigs love it.

This is effectively a cardboard box that has plenty of tasty treats on the sides and roof. This isn't a bad thing! Guinea pigs are naturally inquisitive animals and love having to bite or naw at things. All three of mine love the carrot house

RAT APPROVED

My rats cannot get enough. I have the little house on top of their cage to enjoy during free range time and they all flock to it as soon as they’re let out. Their little eyes boggle as they happily chew to their hearts content! Seems like it will last a while too
