Feed up to double the amount for puppies and pregnant or nursing dogs. Individual requirements may vary. Dog's age, breed and activity level may affect overall feeding quantity.
Gradually transition your pet to any new food over the course of 7-14 days to help avoid the digestive upset that abrupt changes in diet can cause. If your pet tends to be on the sensitive side, it may be best to take a little extra time. 1. Start by feeding your pet a mix of 25% new food and 75% old food for the first few days. 2. Then, increase the amount of new food to about 50% and feed that half-and-half mix for a few days. 3. Proceed to feeding 75% new food/25% old food for the next few days. 4. Complete the transition by feeding just the new food on its own.

My puppy is mostly raw and spontaneously decided she didn’t like her freeze dried patties anymore. After trying many different products we finally hit the jackpot with this one! The texture isn’t as airy as some other freeze dried brands and is more similar to a “kibble”! I just wish they had it in every flavor in this form since the Pattie’s don’t have the same effect!
Freeze-dried food was recommended to me recently for my canine picky eater. I bought some treats and she loved them. When I saw this product, I thought I'd buy some for her, however, when I saw the price, I couldn't believe it! It happened to be on sale that day for 30% off so I ordered it. I put a handful in her bowl then cover it with her dry food. She loves it but I'm sorry, it's too expensive to order again.
