    So far so good

    By on

Full disclosure, I am "one of those pet parents" that cares more about what my dog eats than what I do. I have a 30 lb. mixed breed who has ongoing skin allergies, so I avoid chicken in dog foods. I feed kibble in the morning, and a raw dinner. I can't do raw for both meals because of the prep work and the expense, so I try really hard to feed him the best kibble I can find that's cheaper than raw food. That used to be grain free foods, and when the information came out that grain free was linked with heart disease, I decided to drop grain free foods altogether. A lot of grain free companies will tell you that they're meat based and have so much taurine in their food that it's not an issue. A lot of grain free companies will tell you that they're meat based and have so much taurine in their food that it's not an issue. There is still a possible link with potatoes, lentils, and legumes blocking the absorption of taurine in dogs. Finding a dog food free of all of this, that's also chicken free isn't easy. Nature's Logic Turkey fit my very specific needs, and I'm thankful that I found it. It's a highly rated food on Dog Food Advisor, and my picky dog so far really loves it. The kibble is small too, so you could feed it to a miniature breed with no problems. I would highly recommend Nature's Logic. … more

    Finally - allergies relieved

    By on

My labrador retriever has suffered skin allergies and itching for most of his 3 years. We have been through countless foods and supplements, some of which seemed to help a little, but never resolved the issue. FINALLY Nature's Logic has solved it for Cooper. It may simply be the lack of peas -- of any kind -- in this food. (Peas, in some form, seem to be in almost every other food, especially the "grain free" foods.) Or maybe it's the lack of chemically synthesized ingredients in this food. Whatever it is, we are thrilled and Cooper LOVES his Nature's Logic food. His energy has picked up, he has better focus, better elimination, and no itching!!

Happy to have found this brand

    By on

I was just about to give up on finding a decent kibble when I found this brand via the SlimDoggy.com dog food database. You can tell from the ingredient list that Nature's Logic isn't afraid to think differently about how to elevate lowly dog kibble to the next level. Note the intentional absence of wheat, corn, soy, pulses, and flavorings. These people have done their homework. ########## As for our personal experience, our puppy's digestion has always proven to be a bit touchy. Many products give her loose stools, but this one agrees with her very well, her energy is great, and she absolutely loves it. We also like that the kibble size is on the small side. He’s a happy dog!

    By on

Our 5 yo yellow lab loves this food. He’s still super excited about every meal. Switched to this because of a possible developing allergy to chicken. The transition to this food from his previous one was pretty quick, but even so, it didn’t seem to cause any digestive upset. His energy level is good and it seems to be going well with this food.

    best kibble out there

    By on

I have researched and researched and researched every dog food company out there. I’ve looked at foods in the UK, other parts of Europe, and in the United States. This is the best one by far. I rotate my dogs on the different proteins and they have done extraordinarily well on this food. I feed a partial raw diet to them, and supplement it with this kibble. There is no synthetic ingredients, all of their vitamins and nutrients are coming from whole foods that are nutritious and delicious. Every once in a while I will purchase a bag of Farmina instead of nature‘s logic, another one of my favorite brands, just to mix things up for them a bit. I have literally given them every single flavor of nature I have researched and researched and researched every dog food company out there. They don't seem to care for it.

    By on

My kiddos will eat it eventually when they get hungry. So I've been mixing it 50/50 with Instinct. Might be the flavor, don't know, will try another flavor in my next order. I do believe this one had the highest rating out of all Nature Logic flavors.

    BEST-EST BRAND!!

    By on

Great brand of dog food! Literally the only brand that does not add synthetic vitamins! This has made a huge difference in my dogs! Their skin is not dried out and if you add a little coconut oil, their skin and hair will glow. But this is a fantastic dog food line.!! Thank you Nature’s Logic!

    STOP THE BUS!

    By on

First Dog Food Ive found that my G Shepherd, with a skin disorder caused by diet, has no reaction whatsoever, no smell, no oozing, hair seems to be coming back where it was thinning... two weeks on this food so far, best ever results in years of looking, Ive tried all the best grain free, limited ingredient, food money can buy, nothing worked like this until now, (NO CHICKEN FAT) they use Turkey fat, which may be the difference in this great food, 5 stars all the way!
