    chicken is the favored

Cats eat it. They don’t gain weight. It satisfies. They eat less- due to better nutrition- than other brands. Healthy now for 8 years!

    High hopes...low reality

WHAT??? Well it is right there on the label immediately underneath the analysis. I don't know about you, but I purchase wet food to FEED my girls their dinner...not to supplement some other dinner menu item when the dinner bell rings. On top of that little tidbit, my three girls won't even touch it without me adding to it (goat's milk, bone broth, dehydrated crumble toppers, etc). It was a very sad purchase indeed. I will not be getting it again nor will I suggest it's purchase to other fur-parents. Very sad indeed.... … more

    Nature's Logic canned catfood

    By on

Was disappointed when I opened the can. I specifically bought it because is says minced, but it is Pate. One of my cats would die of starvation before he would touch Pate. The other two ate it ok and from the ingriedients, it sounds like a good food. The other disappointment is the BPA (white lining) inside the cans. I avoid these at all costs, but I could not find anywhere in the description where it said it had BPA cans. If your cat likes Pate style and you don't mind the BPA, I think this is a good food.

Love it...but took some getting used to

We have two Burmese boys (aged 13). One of my 'boys' has been struggling with stinky digestive issues, spiky fur, dandruff and loose stools. About a month after starting Nature's Logic, my husband and children have all separately noticed a change in the look and feel of my 'stinky cat'. His fur is now silky and shiny. Not remotely as smelly! This food does take some coaxing for the cats to adopt. I think it's because Nature's Logic doesn't rely on the fillers and additives that make other brands more appealing to cats. I add a few drops of water to the food from the can to make it more palatable . Also, the other flavors of Nature's Logic appeal more than the chicken seems to . excellent food but minced is a matter of opinion

    By on

This food has excellent ingredients and my cats go for it, but the texture is misleading. The Chewy page says minced but it is really more of a stiff pate texture.

    Good food, needs more moisture

First, to those who say there is no taurine in the food...please look again. They have chicken heart in this product. The heart is the largest source of natural taurine, so no...you don't need to add taurine to this product. My cats like this food and it's free of gums and carageenan. It's a little denser than what I'm used to serving my cats , so I add a tablespoon of warm water to it and they seem to like it that way. I wish they sold this in a 12 pack because I'd like to try the duck and salmon, but I don't like to feed any fish product for too long and if they don't like it, I'm stuck with a lot of cans.

Great food, if your cat likes it

    By on

This was my first choice for wet cat food for our cat after looking at several brands. The competitive price along with the quality ingredients was a hard combination to beat. However, our cat refused to touch it. She LOVES to eat and we tried to leave this food in her bowl in the hopes that when she gets hungry enough she will eat it. We had absolutely no luck. We tried to mix it in with her dry food and she just picked out her kibbles and avoided this food. Its too bad really because this is a great product. I would recommend that anyone looking for wet cat food try this out with their car. If your cat loves it then there is no reason to buy anything else.

    Great nutrition

    By on

After a great deal of research on the best possible canned food I could feed my cat, I came across Nature's Logic. I had been finding that most of the high quality, nutritious foods on the market either contain carrageenan (which I don't consume myself and certainly am not willing to feed my cat) or are a shredded style of food (which the aforementioned cat refuses to eat). Nature's Logic is a pate style food with an excellent nutritional profile. I've offered Misty the beef, chicken, and turkey flavors. The transition from her old food has been slow. It's been about two weeks and I'm up to 75% Nature's Logic and 25% old food. Healthy

Love this brand for its high quality meats/protein and very low Carb products. Cats will eat it but not as enthusiastically as eating "junk food" like Friskies. I recommend 100%.

Thought I was buying something healthier for my indoor cats.

Cats would not eat it......left it to congeal in their bowls. However, the feral cat I feed daily on the outside thinks it's the best thing since sliced bread.

    Best ingredients.

Over all I don't think you can feed your cat a healthier food. That said, only one of our boys would eat it, and even he wasn't completely sold on it. I always try to give them the very best, but it only works if they will eat it. Worth a shot if your cat likes healthy foods.
