Good quality shampoo

Works really well on both my dogs even in the summer. One is a lab mix and the other is a pit/schnauzer mix, and it works on both their coats. Doesn't have a strong scent, just smells clean. Reminds me more of the shampoos groomers use than what you get at a pet store. You do need to use quite a bit to get some lather going but it rinses off easily. I bathe them every week but could probably go even longer with this stuff. Will definitely be buying again.

Customer Service

This is great shampoo.I highly recommend. I want to applaud customer service regarding my last order. The bottle cap had come loose and leaked over half of the contents out, i sent a note and within two days I had a replacement bottle at no charge to me. This was much appreciated. Thank you

Shampoo was open and all over the box

Like the smell need to wrap up tightly and make sure it is close because it was open and shampoo was all over the box and on the doggy bed
