I like the price point and protein content in this product. I'm shopping for low protein, low phosphorus food for a dog with marginal kidney function. This product, however, does NOT list phosphorus content. Please advise. Thanks!

This recipe contains 0.28% Phosphorus. Due to your pet's diagnosed condition, we recommend consulting your Veterinarian to see what would be a good fit for your little one's current treatment plan.
My dog is allergic to poultry. Any poultry or poultry by-products?

Is Natures Recipe can food sourced and made in the U.S.A.

This food is made in Thailand, however the majority of Nature's Recipe's manufacturing and sourcing is done in the United States. If availability for sourcing becomes a scarce, they may source from another country.

It's delicious!

Love this food!! Tastes great and my coat has been nice and soft, so mom and dad give me all the pets!! I get a 3rd of a can with a cup of the dry and it is the best.

Very dry food

This food is very, very dry. I have to add a lot of water to it every time I add a spoonful of food to the bowl. It has no moisture at all. I can’t figure out how to return this one either so I am stuck with it. Normally Chewy is good about returns. I bought this in the end of April and opened it the end of May. I guess it’s too far to return it. This is the second time this has happened.

My dogs love this

My dogs have some Chicken allergies so I started using this canned food instead of cooking meats for them. I add it to their dry food.

humane society

Our humane society was In desperate need of lamb rice can dog food- everyone out in our area, so I went on Chewy,com and managed to get some cases sent to our human society within days! thank you Chewy!!!!

Happy dogs

We sometimes film our two dogs as they run around the house in excitement when they hear their Nature’s Recipe lamb dinner being prepared! Their bowls are licked clean. Great product!

Yay! He’s eating!

My five year old maltipoo loves this food. For the first 3-1/2 years of his life, I struggled to get him to eat. Now, he waits next to me while I put the food in his bowl and eats it immediately.

fussy dog!!

My dog didnt like this but he doesnt like much dog food. My fault anyway, i didn’t mean to buy the ground food, , he prefers the chunky pieces
