Pure, real nutrition of raw on every piece

They put the pure, real nutrition of raw on every piece of Instinct Limited Ingredient Diet by tumbling their kibble with crushed, freeze-dried raw—raising the bar in nutrition and taste.

The Pure, Real Nutrition of Raw Is In Everything Instinct Does

Instinct's Responsibility as The Raw Brand

LEAD WITH RAW

It all started with Instinct's raw pet food. Since the beginning, they've led with raw because they know the good it can do. They're rewriting the rules of pet food and championing raw nutrition to bring its superior benefits to all that they do.

KEEP IT REAL

Delicious and nutritious pet food should only use real ingredients. For Instinct, this means all-natural, real meat, fruits and vegetables, with nothing artificial.

MAKE IT SIMPLE

Feeding raw should be simple, and it should easily fit into your everyday routine. Instinct believes raw should be accessible to pet parents so every pet can experience the benefits of raw nutrition.

DO IT TOGETHER

Instinct believes in the power of raw nutrition. It only makes sense to share it. Together with local shelters and volunteer efforts nationwide we’re on a mission to transform the lives of all pets.

MAKE IT BETTER

Instinct has never been afraid to challenge the status quo of pet nutrition. They continuously redefine what better means—always pushing their standards of nutrition to raise the bar in pet food.

Pure, real nutrition of raw on every piece

About Instinct

Instinct believes deeply that it's up to them to find a way to make it possible for more people to feed their pets the pure, real nutrition that only comes from raw. They know that if they can get the nutrition of raw into more bowls, they'll transform the lives of more pets. And that's really why they do what they do.

    3 Stars for extreme price

    By on

This is high quality wet food, however the price went up again by Instinct, and this is now way too expensive. My 14 year old senior dog is a large breed, and this just takes it over the top price wise, which is sad since it really was good for my old girl.

    Allergy's!!!

    By on

My pug has been itching and my Vet recommended rabbit dog food. First it's very expensive...but only on this diet for 3 months. However, the other dog food brands are full of grains. This food has lots of healthy rabbit protein. My pug has stopped itching and she loves it. I recomend it.

Great for my bulldog's skin - but OUCH on my wallet!!

    By on

My bulldog has allergies to food and grass that really makes her itch and chew on her paws. After trying many limited ingredient dog foods this one seemed to really help her!! Very happy about that - however - it is so expensive that I just can't keep her on it. She can't have dry so she only gets can and it takes a lot to fill her up. It is more economical for me to make her own dog food myself. She really seemed to like this food. I will watch for it to go on sale perhaps and then stock up on it...but for now, it is just way to expensive.

    Sybilla Allergy

    By on

My English bulldog has severe allergies. She is allergic to chicken, turkey. Many pet foods say main ingredient is one source but when you look on back of the labeled ingredients it might have first ingredient rabbit or kangaroo then down the list it says chicken broth, chicken parts. This one doesn't.

    Grain-free wet food

    By on

On the advice of our vet, we put our dog, Louie, on a limited ingredient, grain-free diet. He recommended the food contain only the proteins rabbit, venison, duck and salmon. We were disappointed to read on the label that, while rabbit is the main ingredient, pork liver was the second. I will switch to another type.

    Great Product

    By on

My dog likes this one better then the other brand called Wild Calling Rabbit. I also like this one because it does not have dumb chemicals like the Wild Calling Rabbit formula. Not sure why they have to put Guar Gum, Xanthum. Makes no sense. No ones cares how we eat anymore. Dogs get cancer just like us for a reason

    They love this !

    By on

FINALLY! Vet had us switch to a single protein because of skin problems , after they rejected the salmon we thought -“rabbit is a logical food for dogs” so we gave it a try and -yes! Success.

    Picky eaters

    By on

I have two small dogs. Both are picky eaters so I am always looking for something new for them. One liked the rabbit recipe okay but was not wild over it. The other would not touch it. Not sure that I would order it again.
