Not helpful

Have 3 sisters, Blue Heeler Mixes. 4 days in, one refused to eat the pills and the other 2 eat them like they are treats. There were a few days in the first 2 weeks that it appeared to be a deterrent; however, now after about 5 weeks they continue the nasty habit. It almost seems like the 2 of them still taking the pills like eating poop even more than before.

No more poopy lips!

My Neapolitan mastiff has long droopy lips and they would be COVERED in poop when he would come inside, and he also had poopy smelling burps. Within 2 weeks of starting him on this, there were no more poopy lips or burps! The only thing I would change is the amount of time it takes to work, other than that, I have no complaints. I do know he doesn't like the taste of the chewable, I have to put it in something else so he doesn't taste it. He's big enough that he doesn't chew his cheese or peanut butter bread I put his meds in.

Poop Patrol is Back!

I never thought I'd be happy to pick up poop again but I sure am. We purchased NaturVet Coprophagia last year as another hopeful remedy for our dog's poop eating habit. She is a 13 ½ year old pittie who has eaten her poop since we got her at 4 months. We tried EVERYTHING! I didn't think this would work since this was a pretty ingrained habit of hers but after her first pill, we noticed a decrease in her "snacking on poop" habit. Within two days, she stopped eating it altogether. It's been a year and I thought maybe the effectiveness of this product would wear off but nope. I am so happy to find her poop piles in the yard. It used to be a small piece and that's it. Now, it's the whole pile. Yay! And, her breath is a helluva lot better!

Not sure if it's working

I haven't used it long enough to see results. However, dogs like the taste of tablets. The tablets are easy to break apart wich I appreciate bc it's easy to give the correct amount.

Too early to tell

Container says it could take a couple weeks to tell if it helps. No idea if it will help my poo eater. He likes fresh tootsies from his brother. Giving them both the pill. They like the pill but it hasn't fully stopped the behavior. No idea if he will outgrow this habit or not. According to the vet he has heard this helps some, but no guarantee.

Bad side affects

I not sure if the dog stop eating poop but the pill did not sit well with her stomach, every time I gave her a pill she would throw it up a short time later. So keep an eye open and maybe buy a small bottle to start. Not like me and bought the larger one

Maggie actually likes them!

Maggie loves theses "No eat poop pills" All I have to do is shake the bottle and she comes running for her "treat"! She likes them and has started turning her nose at her poop. Nasty habit but the tablets seem to work.

Opposite effect

Not only was it a struggle to get 3 of my 4 dogs to eat this, but it actually made the poop eating worse! They started following each other around to eat each other's poop. And my one boy who'd never eaten poo started to. I really hope that he doesn't continue this new habit.
