    Not satisfied

By dogmommy on May 1, 2021

I bought 4 of these there I have 7 rescue beagles of which 5 are stool eaters. I started out with half a tab for each for a week, that didn't work. Than I gave each of them a whole tab for a week, still not working. I finally gave them 2 tabs each and I may have seen a slight hesitancy in their stool eating desires but non the less they all still ate poop. This product does not work on seasoned poop eaters. Quite disappointed.

    Didn't work at all

    By 2Pitties on Apr 23, 2021

Tried these because the original ones used, Zesty Paws, was no longer available on Chewey. Per instructions, gave each dog 3 per day for 2 months. Upped to 4 each daily as weight is borderline per instructions, for another 2 months Allowed ample time to "kick in", but hasn't worked since day 1. Two red nose pitbulls, approximately 80lb each.

    NarurVet Coprophagia stool eating Deterrent

By Paula on Mar 15, 2021

I recently got a new puppy but he was 14 weeks old already. He picked up some nasty habit of turning around and trying to eat his own poop. So had to try something. I bought these and it must make the poop smell really bad because he doesn’t do it anymore. My older dog has to eat them also so the puppy doesn’t eat her poop! So worth the money! Definitely recommend! I do have to disguise these in velveeta to-get my dogs to eat them.

    Didn't work for us

    By 2labsmom on Jan 28, 2021

Chewy is wonderful to work with! I ordered this Naturvet item from Chewy and so glad I did as I reached out to the company directly without a reply. I wanted to see if there was a suggestion to increase the dose or another product to try. This didn't work for us. We have 2 labs and 1 of them is always eating poop. We pick it up regularly however with 2 dogs going sometimes more than 3 times a day, we are bound to miss a pile. WELL She doesn't! With close to an acre- there is plenty of open space and yet she will still go and find a piece to eat- the frozen ones are her favorite. She knows she is not supposed to and will run with it when found. Telling her repeatedly leave it/drop it, she will Chewy is wonderful to work with! I had tried pumpkin, better food and even letting the dogs out separate. I was hoping this would work. After giving each lab 2 tabs each day in the morning for over 45 days nothing has changed. I called Chewy and they promptly refunded my money. I asked if they had any other suggestions and was told to check out the website again for other pet parents reviews. I am trying another product and we shall see if it works. Good luck! … more

    This one was the best

By kelly on Feb 15, 2021

This one was THE ONLY ONE that worked for us! I checked with my vet, and it doesn't hurt my dog to give him 2 a day instead of 1! I recommend it if you have a dog that eats its own poop! I have tried EVERYTHING!!! Try 2 a day instead of one! He gets one around 930pm and another one around 1030 am the next day!

    Not useful

    By Mom2doggos on Jan 15, 2021

I have been using this product now for about 2 weeks and it’s not making a difference. My dog still eats her own poo. The only reason it’s been reduced in frequency is the fact she has stopped pooping so much in the house (she is getting house broken) but when I’m gone at work or even at night while I sleep she poops and then eats it after it dries. She’s gross

    These really work!

By Gabi on Dec 26, 2020

We adopted a cattle dog during the Covid lock down and soon discovered he was a poo eater. First only his own and then the other 2 dogs. I was constantly picking up everything in the yard several times a day to keep him from getting to it and I finally had enough. The first day I gave half a pill to each dog the pop eating stopped! He hasn’t done it since, we’re on week 3!

Did not stop the embarrassing habit, tried for 2-3 months and did not deter them. Will try different products along with continued behavior changes.

Do not buy. It doesn't work.

By Coco on Dec 30, 2020

I bought this Coprophagia product years ago, when it was like a chewy. It worked like a charm, but this time, they changed the chewy medicine for a round tablet and after buying two jars, the dogs were still eating feces, so I will NOT buy it again and you shouldn't either. I'll try to find something else.
