This product is one of the best I have used. I have several cats more than a baker's dozen. When winter time comes my inside outside cats have to stay in and I have one cat in particular that doesn't get along with any of the cats. Once I give her this dose of this calming liquid within a half hour she is laid back and ready to take a nap or just sit quietly on her best pillow and she leaves everybody alone. It does not knock her out it just calms her out and she tolerates everybody. I've tried other stuff and this is the best that I have come across so far this is my second bottle that I have bought of this product. I'll give it 100% when it works on my cats
I got this for my senior cat who has times of discomfort. I can't really tell if this is making a difference or if it's a placebo. She seems to cry a little less, but no drastic changes. I think I will keep looking for a product.
I am giving this 2 stars because my cats actually ate it with their food. However, I don't think it helped with stress or anxiety as claimed. I've almost finished the bottle and used it for about 4 days between 2 cats, so it doesn't last long. It was not effective for travel nausea (I thought it may be because of the ginger). My cat was still very anxious while traveling too. It may have slightly reduced stress but not enough to tell in their behavior.
Works real well I have a 7 month old kitten that thinks she's a tiger in a jungle. Likes to climb my curtains, couldn' get caps on her claws till I gave her 2 drops got the caps on no problem no more climbing the curtains.
My cat is so skiddish and hides from everyone, including me ( at times.) I add a few drops to his morning food and I know it helps. Thank you.
Lately one of my cats has been upset because there are feral cats hanging around outside my house, which has caused him to be very grumpy and pee outside his litter box. I can’t give him this orally like the instructions say, but if I mix it with his wet food it seems to calm him down a little. It hasn’t fixed the problem but definitely helps.
Honestly, not pleased with this product to be honest. It may have made my cat sleepy for a hour or two (and even that’s hard to say as he’s generally quiet when we initially go to bed) but overall, this product didn’t calm him down any that he stopped howling at night. I’ve had him vet-checked and it’s not physical ailment (eyes and ears are great, no crystals in his bladder, no known joint issues even though he’s 16 almost 17). He started howling at night around 1.5 years ago and the last 6 months, I haven’t slept through the night. I am tired and was hoping that this product would help to keep him calm and quiet so we could all get some rest, but to not avail. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Didn’t really seem to do anything for him.
Scooter was a stray that got hit by a car and came to me for help. Now a tripod, he lives indoors and is about a year old. Every night at bedtime he starts yowling. Nothing will settle him. He wants OUT. NOW. We have tried play therapy, pheromones therapy, locking him out of the bedroom (he scratches at the door and yowls louder), and more. This supplement has made a huge difference. He only yowls a couple times and then comes to bed and snuggles in close and goes to sleep. Very pleased, and relieved. And nearly caught up on sleep too! :)
I have an 8 month old ragdoll kitten, Finnigan who has proven to be a bit of a handful. He has a biting/chewing compulsion that he so far, hasn’t grown out of yet. He’s chewed up more of my stuff and all our household cords than my dog ever did as a puppy. I’ve tried everything - cat chews, teething toys, exercise, bitter apple spray, the works. I’ve recently broken my ankle so that makes it even harder to keep up with him and make sure he doesn’t get into trouble when I’m home alone. We tried this product today and it has made a noticeable difference! He’s a lot more calm and has barely chewed anything. He’s currently sitting in my lap sleeping. Definitely try this product if you have a mischievous kitten! It’ll be sure to calm their stress/anxiety. (And yours too!)
I tried this product a few times in the evening hoping it would work but it never did. She still was talking to me at 3 am wanting to play. I play with her often so it’s not like she’s being ignored, but I don’t want to play at 3am.
