I have to wrap it in a piece of meat for the dog to take it. Not really a chewable if I have to take that extra step.
I thought these would be great since they are chewable, but I have several dogs and my dogs won't eat them. So much for being chewable. I guess I crush them and make a secret sauce to get them to eat them. Will be looking for another source for MSM that they will eat.
I don't really know if this is working for my Flora. I just wanted to give her a little more help seeing her advanced age. We have only had it for two or three weeks.
Tried a glucosamine but needed the MSM as well. This worked and worked great. Older English Cocker and has the jump back in her game. Was not delivered on time though not Fed Ex it's Fed UP!! They're worthless!!
I love this product!! My dogs take it very easily & it knocked the giardia out of our lives. The vet tried panacur & metronidazole 4 times & we could not get rid of the giardia. Msm was the answer
I have a dog who has been having hip problems and these supplements seem to be helping her. She wasn't putting much weight on one of her back legs and would limp quite often but hardly does anymore, only after playing rough or too much running
I bought this as a supplement for my Weim who had an amputation earlier this year. I wanted to give her additional joint support while recovering, and this was a great product for that. She is, however, very picky, and would sometimes eat around this tablet, so a powdered version would probably have been better to ensure that she ingested all of it. These are easy to crush, so we managed to get it into her, but, for convenience, a powder would be nice.
It seems to be working our poor dog is moving a little better, we put a pill each day in a piece of cheese. He's getting up and down a little easier.
I put my 12 year old Standard Poodle and my 10 year old Yorkie on this. It was suggested by my Yorkie Breeder. The Poodle has become very playful and seems to be going up and down the stairs much more easily. The Yorkie has always had a knee issue and nothing short of surgery will fix her completely but she seems to be getting some relief.
Needed plain MSM. This is a good price for it. It says chewable but they taste quite awful. I tried one. My puppy will eat them but older dog no way.
