Born Out of a Mission of Love
NaturVet was founded in 1994 after the owners' adopted white lab, Winston, was diagnosed with arthritis and hip dysplasia. Multiple vets told them he couldn't be helped; refusing to accept this grim prognosis, they began researching alternative treatments with Dr. Pedro Rivera, a renowned holistic veterinarian. After a few months, they developed a natural joint formula that went on to give Winston a second chance and more than 10 years of active life with his family and siblings.
For the Health of Your Pet
The NaturVet product line now includes almost 140 solutions designed to support the health and well-being of dogs, cats and horses. Spanning a wide range of needs, including health concerns, nutritional support, behavioral issues, potty training and much more, NaturVet's products are designed to ensure the superior quality of life all pets deserve.

About NaturVet
Since 2006, a percentage of NaturVet sales have gone to the NaturVet Foundation—a non-profit, completely volunteer-run organization that supports pet rescue groups and their life-saving efforts. Their goal is to help save the lives of homeless pets by educating the public about the value of caring for animals and raising funds for no-kill shelters and humane societies.

doesn’t help with Lane
By 1111111111 on Jan 9, 2021
These didn’t do anything for my dog, Lane, she gets severe anxiety at any loud noise. I tried these thinking it would lessen her reaction to fireworks or loud noises. Even the beep of a low battery in my smoke detector causes her to run for cover. She has been like this since she was a baby pup. Obviously I keep 9 volt batteries at hand. These didn’t seem to help her at all. I was very disappointed that they didn’t even take her anxiety down a notch.

Great for Separation Anxiety
By Lacey on Jan 8, 2021
My 70lb dog gets severe separation anxiety when we put her in the kennel at night. She would bark, whine, and cry all night and nothing we did would calm her down. About an hour before bedtime, we give her the recommended dosage (4 chews) and within an hour, she’s calm enough to settle down in her kennel. They work great to settle her down while we get to the root of her separation anxiety!

Great product but not for picky eaters
By Calming on Nov 23, 2020
We have had fireworks all year long this year in Long Beach. Out of our 3 pups, 1 is extremely afraid of fireworks. These treats do nothing if the fireworks are really close to us but if they're in the distance, these treats work like a charm on our Yorkie mix. I gave him 1 tonight and he went from pacing around the house to napping in less than half an hour ( which is very unlike him). Our other 8 pound dog takes half of it and she falls asleep within half an hour. Our miniature schnauzer mix smells it and walks away from it. He is a picky eater though!

Mediocre at best
By WireFoxTerrierMom on Dec 14, 2020
I purchased these to help my Senior Wire Fox Terrier rest well through the night and the results have not been consistent. They seemed to work well on the first night, but not so much afterwards. He was right on the weight limit for dosage, so I tried giving him the next level up and that still didn't help. Sometimes, it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Almost a Great Option, no taste to him
By NeedsWorkDogTreats on Dec 30, 2020
He was very enthusiastic for his treat but spat out a wet dog treat! I know right after he is calm, the instructions say he is to take it; every day. I am happy I have plenty for the price, he doesn't like it. I just put four treats in his dish of dog food.

works well!
By Stormy on Nov 2, 2020
I have to have something to calm down my sweet but aggressive toward other dogs, pug. Now she gets along well most of the time with her other pug sister, and boston terrier brother. If it weren't for finding these, I would have to try to get a prescription medication for her and I didn't want to do that. I read it doesn't work for every dog, but for mine it works very well. It really calms her down. I give her one in the morning, and one in the afternoon. Thanks chewy for selling these! All I can say is try them to see if they work for your dog. That's the only way to know for sure. But they really calm down my pug.

This Product is Great
By Zzzzzzzx on Nov 4, 2020
We have a dog who is fun and friendly, but can get a little crazy when we have guests in our home or If we have a repair person over. When anticipating the situation, I gave him the recommended amount of chews according to his weight and he is much more relaxed.

It actually WORKS
By Cecily on Nov 16, 2020
At first I wasn't so sure of this product because of the reviews but I decided to give it a try. I have a 3 month old Doberman and she's very very hyper and energetic. She got her ears done and I needed something to calm her down at night to sleep peacefully without messing with her ears. This worked very well she was calm and slept through the whole night! She actually loves them also.
