NaturVet Skin & Coat Plus Omegas Cat Soft Chews are a must-have supplement for helping your cat maintain healthy skin and a glossy coat. These flavorsome soft chews look and taste like a treat, but they’re also filled with ingredients that are beneficial to skin and coat health. Flaxseed supplies omega 3 to help build a protective barrier against allergens and pollutants. It’s also full of omega 6 to add moisture to the skin and luster to the coat. Salmon oil provides a concentrated form of nutrients found in salmon for an extra dose of omega 3. You’ll also find biotin, which is the most important vitamin for keeping a shiny coat. Born Out of a Mission of Love

Born Out of a Mission of Love

NaturVet was founded in 1994 after the owners' adopted white lab, Winston, was diagnosed with arthritis and hip dysplasia. Multiple vets told them he couldn't be helped; refusing to accept this grim prognosis, they began researching alternative treatments with Dr. Pedro Rivera, a renowned holistic veterinarian. After a few months, they developed a natural joint formula that went on to give Winston a second chance and more than 10 years of active life with his family and siblings.

    Cats don't like it

    By on

I purchased two of these for my cats to help them with their coats, but neither of them will eat it. Should have bought one at first, but tried to save in shipping. I'll have to keep looking for something to help with the oil in their skin.

    Allergy Relief Pet Chews

    By on

I have a ferret and am allergic to cats and ferret fur. Since using these chews I have had less break outs to my baby's fur. He loves the m as well and can be very picky when it comes to cat/ ferret treats. I highly recommend these as I am very allergic to dander and this helped us a lot.

    Cats won’t eat

    By on

I see plenty of other reviews stating the same issue but wanted to post so hopefully more people wont waste their money like I did. I have two cats and neither of them will even lick the treats. Was really hopeful these would help with their dandruff.

    1 cat almost liked it

    By on

I have 4 cats. One has dry itchy skin so I bought these treats to help him. He usually eats anything but he refused these. So I tried them with the other 3 cats. Only one would eat them. However the other cats must have told him he had bad taste because after eating them for a week he refused to eat any more. Now I have a half of a tub that no one will eat. So I rate these treats at 2 out of 5.

Don't get this item they wont eat.

    By on

My cat is not a typically cat he eats anything specially a treat. He wont even try it. I can admit I didn't read what was in it. There is a lot fillers and veggies. The only meat item is salmon oil. Not enough of his favorite to get him to eat. I brought hair and skin treats before thought they be similar they are not.

    Failure, then success

    By on

Although i tried several ways to trick her, my cat outright rejected these "chews" that have a horrid smell and mouth feel. The good news is they crumble like fine brown sugar so they're easy to mix in with wet + dry food and now she eats them like crazy. Looking forward to her silky new coat in a few weeks!

    Cats won't eat them

    By on

My cats won't eat them. The soft chews are dry and very crumbly. I have been crumbling up one in each food bowl mixed with dry food as I have two cats. It's impossible to know which cat eats from which bowl so I have no idea who is getting the treat.

Give these a chance - huge results

    By on

I have two adult male cats that have been taking two treats each, every morning for a month now. I know they aren’t crazy about the taste, but they will eat anything and always gobble them up. Both boys now have silky smooth fur. Still working on the dandruff for my Himalayan but I have seen it improve as well.
